forget biased or unbiased, they are not even reliable. They keep changing figures as per their wish and change verdicts even after a decade. And of course they are biased. The verdicts they give have no formula. Its as per their whims n fancies and biases.

Exactly. We don't even know who these people behind the site are. One star offers them money and they'll give them a hit tag. If critics can be sellouts, why can't a BO site?
