Eventhough Dhongi is wrong, but physical torture will be considered bigger offense and incase Dhongi file a case against both, they could be jailed.

And I guess bani, Rohan nd the other HM's could sue bb for the kind of stuffs dey had to endure coz of baba. I m sure nowhere in their contract it's mentioned dat they'll be peed upon or pee can be thrown on dem. They need to find a loophole nd Sue bb nd baba.

No they can't be jailed
There is a provision in our Indian penal code about provocation
N om provoked Rohan n bani to an extent where nothing but physical assault would have worked
Provocative murder also amounts for less imprisonment, I mean for example if someone is being mentally n physically harassed by someone n he murders him in frustration then that would not amount to the punishment of hang till death as it happens in other planned murder cases
On the contrary om could be booked for obscenity under ipc

No not so easy. It will take like 15-20 years in Indian courts to pass any judgement. That is minimum time needed and only if Om is really lucky. Bani can cross file sexual harassment complaint and Rohan can file assault charges in return.
Leave all this, even Sophia filed a complaint against Armaan, police came, took him out and then released him. 3 years later there has still been no action on that one and nothing will ever happen on it. No worries this is India.

Baba will not have a leg to stand on.
In fact Rohan can file a case on baba as Rohan has been physically attacked for weeks now and baba also touched him wrongly in the hostel task. There is enough proof against baba in the episodes that will be sued against him.

Baba is the worst contestant in the 10 seasons of BB 🤢🤢

We do not know what the contract contains .so we are speculating on what is right and what is wrong.
We do not know if the kick/slap resulted in injury or endangered Om's life.
Finally these are bailable offences and once they are charged , they will get bail immediately.
Sec352 of IPC also states assault"on grave and sudden provocation" may not be charged under this section.
