I know it's a bit difficult to speak from.dev's side but I have attempted it to show other side of coin. He is against mahadev but his doings are like Neelkanth another form of mahadev who drinks all the poison himself to save others that's what he is doing. We all r bashing him that he is not favouring his wife but can u see all the mess he created that's for sona only. Why he is so stressed that's for sona only. He don't want to reveal things becoz he can't see her hurt and devastated. I know that she is devastated now too but the pain is inevitable its destiny but dev has done his level best to save her.
We all accuse him for not telling truth of infertility, u all are aware of all consequences but one more if after knowing the truth if dev and family including ishu accepted sona wud it be a perfect marriage like she wud be in guilt and always being bullied that dixits have done favour for her.Dev had saved her from all the taunts and accusations. Not favouring today in front of GKB is total nonsense becoz for him GKB is non existent but he supported sona in front of ishu can't we see that.
He shifted all the accusations from sona to himself from.ishu side if ishu believs him. Now also sona wud is in a safer side.
His mistake is to fight with destiny and God . He wants to change the destiny of his loved ones.But that is his unconditional love.
His another flawed nature is his one pointedness. He is possessive about his loved ones whether it's sona or ishu. He didn't cared abt ishu when it comes to sona and vice versa too.we can see it in break up track and sona's bose house planned visit of 3-4 days. How he madly after her ignoring his mother..Now also he is ignoring sona becoz his mother is not with him.
Dev is complex character but we all know he is golden hearted.
