I am so with you on this. In Agra her slapping Shaurya was totally justified however not at all this time. She is far too caught up in her emotions to rationalize that what that witch Svetlana did against her family is not of Shaurya's making. Her slap would be better served on the actual perputrator...not the man you love...will have to see the scene in its entirety, but as first glance the precap does not shine a favorable light on Mehek this time imo.

Best case scenerio imo would be Mehek's realization of what she was about to do when Shaurya grabs her raised hand...her subsequent horror...and then our hero pulling her into his arms (like only he can😳)and comforting her.
