yes I do remember the epi, and naina turning away from meghna will be a major turning point of the show. And meghna too wants naina to have her own opinions rather than following her.
But I am afraid she will have the same charactersiation as that of most FLs of being OTT mahan, whereas meghna isn't got such traits neither I think she will get some in future as well, cos as per as the promos, she will seek her revenge, so she might turn a bit gray for that.
But I want the makers to experiment with the girls characterisation within a certain line so that we don't hate either of them in near future.
And ya, she is one of the biggest MeghNal shipper and has got meghna to give kunal a chance. So I love her for it!

I don't want to judge Naina's character so soon but what I have seen from a handful of eps and the chandelier promo, she is very likely to go down this route. The mahaan bahu who can solve all probs. Now there is nothing wrong with such a character expect that these kinda FLs are a dime-a-dozen in the hindi tellyland.

Hope cvs surprise us with Naina's character and don't make her a run-of-the-mill type bahu.
