This is how you perform this procedure

1. Place the patient i.e. OM on a comfortable chair

2. On side table add refreshments like juice etc

3. Ask patient to take a sip and relax and take deep breaths

4. Once he is relaxed ask him to look straight

5. Then an assistant in front will stretch his arm wide like a lever

6. With full force he will release his arm

7. Arm is now moving towards patient's face

8. A mid air correction is made and arm calibrated in case it is not aiming right

9. Aim is Kaan ke neeche

10. Full force is released on cheek just below the year

11. Patient is then asked that did you hear any ringing (bajana) sound

Patient will tell that yes I heard ringing sound

Treatment is complete as patient has reovered hearing. Ask him to sip another from glass. Hand him a kela..banana to recover and add potassium

Patient can now return to work or in this case show

The total cost of procedure

Technician: 500 rs

Cost of furniture rent: subsidized to around 100

Juice glass: 100 rs. If thela juice then 50 rs

Kela= 5 rs
