I don't want any of them to be illegitimate. But Rudra being illegitimate is also far fetched? Like who's child is he then? Tej's illegitimate child or Jhanvi's? Yes, he was closer to his brothers growing up. But that is coz Dad was womanizing and Mum was drunk. So any kid would spend more time with his siblings. That doesn't mean Rudra is not their child.

I remember during the Mallika track Rudra distinctly mentioning that when he said he wants to be Batman, Mom would make him a mask and she always respected his dreams, so why can't they respect hers? That doesn't sound like a woman who doesn't love her son. Also, after Gayatri shooting incident, Rudra made Jhanvi and Priyanka wait on him hand and foot, and Rudra said for her to put him to sleep with a lullaby-like childhood, and Jhanvi threatened to call Tej and make him sing for Rudra. He then told her to make Khada for him like she did in childhood.

Once Shivaay asked Rudra how Badi Ma knew about something (which Shivaay clearly did not want shared) and Rudra said "It's Mummy, I have to tell her" or something like that. So I always got the impression he loved his Mom and the feeling was mutual. Even after the drunk party Rudra and Jhanvi had a scene. I can't believe he is not her son. In fact I can't believe either Om nor Rudra is her son. So its confusing me right now. But I agree. They can change the story ANY way they like at any time. I seriously hope this is a lie.

WHY to show Shivaay "Mahaan" do they have to ruin Om and Rudra?
