Knowing how sensitive Shivaay is to the matter of NKK, I strongly feel Mrs. Kapoor is manipulating Shivaay. No one is illegitimate among them.
On a lighter note, Shivaay himself is Oberoi Sahab & his to be son ( RoTia's baby) is illegitimate child. So may be the old lady might be telling the truth about Shivaay's own child.

May b its Om.y i dono sometimes i feel om is shaktis son.but i dont think gul will think dat much.she will play safe n make shivay illegimate.but if gul will keep her word n do as she said Om is for greater thinngs n he will rediscover himself den dis is d begining.there is no question about tejs love for Om.but if Om find out he was d reason for janvis unhappiness it will b Oms ultimate test.and Om being illegimate will b hard on Shivay also bc dey share a special bond.Rudy being illegimate i dont think so.may b it can b Ru too.but i dont get d logic only because of TejRu scenes r much less.obiviouly it will effect shivomru equation but still if dis big raaz is it it should have some weight
