Arjuns reason of accepting mom vague ?

Hi guys,

The whole milap of vandana and arjun was super touching but it kinda feels forced. I dint get the whole reasoning part. I maybe wrong and din5 understand the core of it. Can you please explain to me?

I dont think it was forcing.. Well, i dont explain well but i thnk @shruthiravi had explained the reasoning very well in her post " Sometimes love keeps us away from giving medicine to pain".. What maya meant and how arjun had interperated it in his own case, i think she had explained well...

I think while Maya was narrating her past to Arjun he realised how badly Maya had been treated by her own father and he, on the other hand was given so much love by Vandana who isn't even his real mother. She had always tried to be a good mother and she was always there for him giving him love and support which Maya did not get from even her actual father. I think this caused Arjun to realise what he was missing out on and how it's not only about being blood-related to a person because as long as they love you, they can be family.
