I am not at all surprised at how this is handled.. lets look at it from the characters
Dev has always been a 'solve it- right or wrong' kind of guy. He took the easy way out with the lie but now that things are in his favor, he will explain everything to Sona and things will eventually be fine between them.. especially if he tells her about the 7% chance..
Sona... assuming she comes to know about the 7%, she has never been the impulsive kind.. this is going to get to her slowly but she will breakdown only when she reaches a breaking point.. that is only when she starts getting taunted by gkb, neha and the likes.. which will happen soon.. but with Dev, I think she will forgive him easily due to the guilt that she will face... everyone seems to be having an issue that she is not breaking down.. she will internally, but externally she is projecting something that a lot of women project.. guilt.. at not being able to give Dev a child and not being able to give Ishwari a grandchild..
Ishwari.. she seemed to have turned into this really sweet person in the last week but she has always been a drama queen... sleeping tablets remember?? this going away from the house is in continuation of that.. Dev and Sona were hurting when they broke up as well.. but who got all of Dev's attention.. Ishwari and she is repeating the same.. Sona is internally broken but it will be Ishwari who will grab all of the attention from Dev and family.
I am very curious to see how all this works out but I expect Ishwari to be back to her old insecure self very very soon... and as for Dev and Sona... I hope they support each other and show the world how these issues should be handled..
