How will be ViTharv's truth revealed?

Do you have any idea how Suman will find about Vividha's love for Atharv?

Maybe that was planned along with the terrorist track.Will Atharv say something seeing Vividha during the attack?Or maybe Vividha trying to stop Atharv from hurting Ravish,reveals something unintentionally?

Vividha crying for Atharv after he is hurt,Suman realises there's something between them.

I feel she sees Vividha hugging Atharv in temple 😆😆

She will hear vivi confessing that she cannot live without him in hospital . Suman will believe it only if she hears loud and clear from vividhas mouth. So I think she ll hear her say it.

I think they will go the predictable way and Atharv dies at the OT after getting hit in the head again. Vividha rushes in there and says Atharv why are you leaving me again... you promise you will come back. I love you Atharv Sujata please come back to your Vividha ji. Then Suman is standing there waiting them lol.

We can rule out suman seeing Vividha crying seeing atharv hurt, cuz seeing her cry doesnt prove anything in this case, even when attu went to the asylum vivi cried buckets RaVidha even went and resued him from there, suman didnt suspect, she didn't suspect vivi even when she witnessed vivi taking care of atharv and k bua tried to fuel suman against vivi. The only exception was when atharv kissed Vividha on the cheek and suman questioned sujata if they had any other relations besides being neighbours but even then she didn't suspect vivi, she trusts Vividha's goodness and beleives in her kind nature. She has more than once claimed Vividha taking care of atharv is out of her goodwill and kind empathetic nature . My guess is that Probably attu might say something in one of his attacks, else atharv might recover or Vividha might blab or who knows sethuram might make a rentry and tell the truth😆😆

After seeing the episode, I am convinced its going to be predictable... The doctor in ambulance told the chances of survival is low...The precap the doctor says she's sorry...but we know he's fine from the olv
So they'll bring some scenario like you mentioned
