the princess weiyoung

i thought there would be soo many fans but there are no posts about it so i'm posting one

this was the most addictive drama i have seen recently
generally i dont watch period dramas but this was exception ... it was soo good and the actors were good

here are some synopsis from wiki

During the chaotic Northern and Southern Dynasties, in Northern Liang's royal family lived a princess named Feng Xin'er (Tiffany Tang) who was kind, carefree, and who was loved by all. A marshal from the Chiyun clan of Northern Wei takes it upon himself to overrun Northern Liang and turn it into a bloodbath, forcing the princess out of her comfortable life.

Li Weiyoung, the daughter of the Imperial Tutor's Department from Northern Wei, shielded the princess from harm. However, Weiyoung dies protecting Xin'er, and the latter assumes Weiyoung's identity to reside in her home, where she is disliked and shunned. She thus took it upon herself to fight against the Chiyun clan and unexpectedly became entangled with Northern Wei's prince, Tuoba Jun (Luo Jin). Through her struggles, she gains wisdom and is finally able to find peace for her family and live true to her heart.

I love Tiffany tang . Will surely give drama a watch once i have enough time. Though drama is too typical like those chinese royal drama,same old clan ,familyand killing

Will watch only for Tiffany as i like her in best couple and Diamond lover with rain.

i have never watched Chinese period dramas but check 2-3 episodes this is definitely addictive

This is one chinese drama I look forward to these days...done with 40 episodes...and waiting for the rest to be subbed...

I have been watching dis drama...Every character is so well defined and actors r acing in their performance...

I have been watching from kissasian...watched upto 32nd epi...bt looks like da site server is down frm past few days...

After watching dis drama i felt...Chinese historical dramas r more well directed and shot compared to korean historical dramas...And the visuals r so mind boggling ..Even their costumes

i agree with Chinese dramas ...they are getting better than korean dramas especially historical dramas ..korean drams tend to add unnecessary romance for catering but Chinese are sticking to story,
need to check more drams
i heard lot about nirvana on fire may be i will start once i'm done with exams

I watched clips in drama fever and this is in my watch list..will surely watch it..but first I need to finish the pending ones..😆

i have strtd liking wei-young with prince of Nan-an😒 ... though i knw end game is obviously with tuba jan.. and it wud hv been nice had prince of nan-an be more of a postive character rather dan so antagonist...
