Cause he is the heartless cruel Dumb head of the worst kind. Puppy face hero trying to convey CV messages poor Dev despite being hurt he is lying through his u know what for Sona Ishwari bond. Bu hoo not buying

I know he shouldn't hide the truth but if his wrong decision will help sona and ishwari to form strong bond...then it's good for sonakshi in future when truth will come.

And doctor said she is not pregnant right now but good things is that doctor didn't say that she cannot become mother ever in future also...it maybe normal stomach problems and that' why she was weak or also vomited.

And if u remember another doctor said in a previous episodes before marriage, that she have only 7 chances...so anything happens.

CVS still didn't close the pregnancy matter now
