Meera and Dharam reach home. Suddenly Dharam gets a call regarding Panna's deteriorating health. Dharam gets shocked. He said, "You go home and talk to my mom. I am going to the hospital. Sexy is in a critical condition."
Meera: So you call that little girl sexy.
Dharam: Yes, I will join you later.
Meera meets Gaura.
Gaura: How do you feel about London?
Meera: It's a nice place. I came here through the company.
Gaura: Where are you working?
Meera: I'm working in KR Technologies as a software developer. My mom is no more. My dad has retired.
Meera was about to tell Gaura about marrying Dharam. However, she gets a phone call about her father's condition. She gets upset.
Gaura: What happened?
Meera: My dad's sugar level has gone up. I need to go to Delhi taking the next flight.
Gaura: Don't worry. Things will be fine.
Meera books the ticket and gets it the next day at 1:30 pm.
Gaura: If you need any help, feel free to give us a ring.
Meera: I am going to marry Dharam.
Gaura is happy.
At hospital,
Dharam: Doctor, how is Panna?
Doctor: It is difficult to say how long she will live. Panna has reached the advanced stage of cancer. Chances of survival are very less.
Dharam: What you people are doing despite having advanced technologies? If you cannot cure her, what is the point in the UK being a developed country?
Doctor: We are trying our best. Only miracle can save her.
Dharam: Why don't you understand? She is very young and has to see many days.
Doctor: As a doctor, I can only try. But the rest is in God's hands.
Dharam gets upset. He talks to himself, "What is the use of being a developed country when it cannot save an innocent kid like Panna? Developed country, my foot."
Meera comes to meet Dharam to inform him about going to Delhi. She finds him upset.
Meera: I have to go to Delhi.
Dharam said,"Go, I'm not stopping you."
Meera: Why are you getting angry at me. My dad is not well.
Dharam: I'm not stopping you.
Meera: He is my father. Do you have a heart?
Dharam: Go.
Meera: Fine, I will go but may not return. If you want me, you have to meet my father in Delhi. Otherwise, forget me.
Meera is about to leave.
Dharam: Aye.
Meera comes running.
Dharam: If anyone calls you, would you turn back and come?
Both of them hug.
Dharam: At what time is the flight?
Meera: 1:30 pm.
Next day, Meera goes to Delhi taking the next flight.
Panna gets discharged. Dharam goes home.
Gaura: Why don't you go to Delhi?
Dharam: Yes, I will go.
Gaura: Have a nice haircut and go. Are you going to go to your prospective father-in-law with this pony?
Dharam gets his hair cut and hands over the DVDs to Panna.
Panna: I know where you are going.Is that girl sexier than me?
Dharam: You are sexy in your way and she is sexy in hers.
Panna: All the best. Will you make me talk to her?
Dharam: Sure.
Dharam takes the next flight to Delhi. Meera receives him and introduces him to Kiran.
