So apparently karthik's elder brother is called ishaan. He has resentment for karthik because apparently he wanted to become a singer but had to leave his dreams when karthik left home, and instead he had to join his family business on his father's saying, but when karthik returns home, he will feel that his sacrifices have been ignored by his family due to their love for karthik.
