So she (Maya) confesses her undying love for you and asks if you feel the same way.. you tell her you're not saying no, but you're also not saying yes and to give you time (meanwhile, Maya takes that as a yes, or that he's going to give them a chance).

You then accept all the gifts she gives you and whatever else she asks from you.

You treat her to snacks, stay out with her all night, act all free with her, turn up at her house with ice cream and tell her "I can never forget anything about you"

You know she's crazy about you but you don't feel the same way, you've made that very clear.. yet you think its okay to do or say all those things and think there's nothing wrong with it??

Why is he leading her on like that? Or am I just forgetting the obvious fact that were talking about Arjun here.. and he's called a Duffer for a reason 😆

Really.. the only character which makes no sense what so ever is ARJUN. I can relate with both Maya and Saanjh but not Arjun.. He is so dumb that he can neither recognize Sanjh love or Maya's crazy love (even after the proposal) and give hope to both like juggling between the 2 girls🥱

after proposal whatever arjun was doing for maya he cleverly each time is expressing that whatver he is doing is a part of his job,like how can i not do this work for my boss like that.he is emphasising mostly that its his job and she is his boss and hez doing all the stuff as an employee.
so its clear and hez indicating that to maya im doing this only bcz ur my boss and ntng else not even as a friend.
