Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi : Here's The Perfect Recipe Of A Perfect Episode!
I remember during my college days while studying mass communication, when we were taught how to write a script for the first time, my Professor had delivered a rather interesting lecture. She said, "A good script is like a good dish".
What she meant by the statement was that just like how a good dish required all the ingredients to be mixed and then cooked at the right temperature, the same way a good script or an episode always needs a bit of every human emotion to make it complete and striking. In internet language, a perfect episode would make you go, Awww', Hawww', OMG', ROFL' and So Cute', all at the same time.
Yesterday's Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi's episode was a rather complete episode which had a little bit of every emotion to entertain the audience. If one had thought that Vickey and Elena's sudden marriage would give high end dramatic scenes, then how wrong they were. These two have just become more source of entertainment at present.
So as the episode had been a great dish served to the audience, I will write my article also in the typical manner of putting up a recipe. No letter, no stories, no gyaan and no analysis today. It's just the moments that you may cherish for a change.
Hence, for a perfect KRPKAB episode, here's the recipe that you can follow -

Step 1 - 1 tbsp of Adorableness
Dev To Sonakshi - My Tiny Miny Khargosh's Tiny Miny Hands
The episode began with a light hearted scene where Dev and Sonakshi yet again spend some time along with each other. The cherry on the cake was when Dev took Sona's hands on his and suddenly burst out laughing commenting, "These are my tiny miny rabbit's tiny miny hands". When Sona scolded him for the comment, he immediately changed it into,"Ok, these are my tiny miny rabbit's Godzilla kind of hands".
I bet everyone watching this scene must have smiled hearing Dev's comments. Hence the start of the episode was a success!
Step 2 - 1 tbsp of Understanding
Dev To Sonakshi - Did You Watch All The Episodes Of Byomkesh Bakshi?
As Sonakshi gets hold of Ayaan's cell phone, she immediately starts checking his inbox and gallery. But much to her disappointment, she finds nothing in there. However, right then Dev comes from behind and gets suspicious of Sona's activities.
But here comes another tadka from the writers. Right at that moment, Ayaan comes out of the room searching for his phone. Sonakshi hides the phone within her dupatta seeing him. Dev notices what Sona is hiding and his expression on understanding her was definitely priceless! But who can cover up better for his wife than Dev if he really wants to? He carefully takes the phone from her hand without anyone noticing and puts it back where it had been and then shouts himself asking Ayaan to whom the phone belongs to.
But still Ayaan understood that his phone was searched and Sona understood that Ayaan wanted his phone to be searched.
Still, amidst all the chaos, after Ayaan's departure Dev Dixit didn't really accuse Sona for trying her detective skills. In fact he took the humor route and asked her Did you watch all the episodes of Byomkesh Bakshi?'.
This mixture of Understanding' was simply brilliantly executed. And about Byomkesh Bakshi, well which Bengali wouldn't have heard about him. Dev could have easily referred to Sherlock Holmes. But he chose Byomkesh Bakshi' keeping the Bengali reference in mind.
Step 3 - 3 tbsp of Surprise
Radha Rani To Sona - Don't Disturb My Bahu! It's Her First Day Here. Let Her Sleep As Much As She Wants!
That's something I would call as a sixer when it was least expected. Who expected Radha Rani to be like this with her daughter in law?
While Sonakshi gets embarrassed seeing Elena sleeping till 11 am, both her husband and Elena are least bothered about it. In fact a sleepy Elena even kicks Sonakshi and orders her to ask her maashi' to prepare milk shake for her dreaming that she is still in the Bose house.
But then comes the sixer from the writers. Radha Rani enters the room and scolds Sonakshi for disturbing her bahu (like really?!) . She claims that she knows very well how to take care of her bahu. It's her first day at her in laws and she can sleep as much as she wants.
Sonakshi looks at Radha Rani with surprise but her words appeared unbelievable to even Ishwari. Their expressions would make one laugh more at the situation.
Step 4 - 2 tbsp of Amusement
Bijoy To Ishwari - Did You Call Me Dhobi? I Have Heard, You Have Called Me Dhobi!
Who can imagine that the parents of a daughter and son who have eloped and got married, would start off their conversation in this manner?
Ishwari, unknown to the fact that Bijoy Bose has come to her house, keeps cooking in her kitchen as the Kichu Bhaiya keeps the mixer grinder on. Ishwari hearing Bijoy's voice thinks the Dhobi has come to her house and is shouting for no reason. She goes out of the kitchen and loudly asks why the Dhobi is shouting and Boom! Right at that time, the mixer is switched off and Bijoy Bose feels that he has been addressed as the Dhobi.
The man immediately then confronts Ishwari about why she addressed him as a dhobi.
Like many other relations, even Bijoy and Ishwari's relationship has an amusing side. Both of them try to avoid each other to the fullest yet whenever they are in front of each other, they simply can't avoid from getting into a confrontation.
Step 5 - 2 tbsp of Being Filmy

For Shaheer Sheikh fans, this few seconds shot would be a cherry on a cake. It was a typical Bollywood pose on a small stage in their bedroom that Dev had arranged to surprise Sonakshi.
As much as Sona was surprised on screen. the viewers also must have had a huge smile on their face by now seeing Dev Dixit's new avatar
Step 6 - 5 tbsp of Romance
Dev To Sonakshi - Hello, My Precious!
We will have to agree one thing about this man. If he wants, then he can beat every other male lead character of the year when it comes to being romantic. Other than Sonakshi, no one will ever imagine that the Rude Mr. Dixit can be this romantic to his wife.
Who will not get jealous of his pampering abilities. Let's not blame Neha, Ishwari or anyone else. He really can make anyone feel precious' at the drop of a hat if he really wants to. It's not a big deal for this man at all.However, it's also true that only Dev understands Sonakshi's version of fairytale romance and he literally leaves no stone unturned to give that share of fairytale love story to her.
Hopefully his Hello My Precious' dialogue has been watched by his hard core fans a number of times by the time this article is drafted.
Step 6 - 3 tbsp of Humour
Radha Rani To Elena - Why Will You Work On Your First Day? Tu Araam Kar. Garib Ki Beti Hai Na Kaam Ke Liye!
After a sixer, this was a bouncer! If you thought, Radha Rani would misbehave with her daughter in law in any way, then writers really have a very different approach towards this segment of the story.
Radha Rani, being an intelligent lady (unlike Ishwari), have understood that her son isn't anymore tied with her pallu. To keep her son happy, she will have to keep Elena happy. Or else as Vickey said clearly, Bahu Jaayegi to Beta Bhi Jaayega' might become effective any time.
And to have her son back to her, she would do anything. Even if that means making Elena sit on a throne at the moment. And also because, probably she doesn't want the fact to become apparent to everyone that Sonakshi is a better bahu than Elena. Radha Rani will never want to lose this Who has the best bahu' competition from Ishwari. Would she? So it's best to cover up for Elena.

Step 7 - 1 tbsp of Comedy
Mark Of Love Bites (Hickey) On Dev Noticed By Nikki, Riya And Sonakshi At The Dining Table
A perfect end to the episode was when Dev appeared at the dining table asking Vickey whether his room's AC is working now. However, seeing him Riya and Nikki both burst out laughing. While a confused Dev is unable to understand their source of laughter, Sonakshi notices her love bite from the previous night on Dev's neck.
The scene ends there keeping the audience guessing about how the situation will be handled this time.
P.S:- Elena might consider Sona as her elder sister. Our elder sisters really do many things even at our homes for their younger sisters which include cleaning their cupboard, hiding their secrets, protecting them from their mother's thrashings, helping in doing home work or even feeding them with delicious food at times. So for Elena, who has got all of this from Sonakshi for a long time, it's definitely not a alien thought that here too Sona would help her. But this same thought doesn't apply to Vickey at all. Saying to his wife that, You don't need to work but your Didi will do everything' is downright obnoxious. It is as if he is taking pleasure in making the man of the house's woman work like a maid whereas his wife can sit, eat and order. May be this sort of things makes him feel as if he is in Dev's place and Elena is in Sona's place. I wonder if Vickey will ever change and if he does, I am really interested in seeing how that will happen.
