"Miss Oberoi now that you have enjoyed a hearty course, don't you think it's only fair if you tell me what I want to know?" Ranveer questioned.

"So you really want to know?"

"Hell yeah"

"Ok I will tell you" Priyanka paused as if trying to recall the happenings of the fateful night.

Ranveer felt the air thicken it was almost in a second that they change from being immature youngsters that kept throwing insults at each other to a mature couple that had all the understanding and power to withhold the torturous demons of the past. Priyanka ran enough, she knew it very well . Every race had its halt so did her race.

"Om bhaiyya and I went out for a drive that night. Actually I forced him too, he kept saying 'Pinku at this rate you would kill some innocent soul with this horrible driving of yours' well he said that for fun just to annoy me" Tears started pouring down her cheeks as she let out a dark chuckle.

"I was driving when O bhaiyya received a phone call..." Priyanka broke down and Ranveer scooted her closer pulling her for a hug.

"It was an unknown number. Svetlana knew very well that Bhai wouldn't answer if he knew it was her.."

*FLASHBACK*

"Hello" Om answered.

"Well, well if it isn't Omkara Singh Oberoi"

"What the hell do you want" Om barked.

"You'll find out till then why don't you enjoy the video attachment I've sent you" She laughed.

Om watched the video of a young girl being strangled to death by the vicious secretary.

"Wanna know where it takes an interesting turn?"

"Now" She screamt as a body came flying right in front of the car.

*END*

"I remember nothing after that just that later our vehicle being surrounded by masked men. we were injected with a drug of some sort the next morning we were in our car that was parked in front of our gate" Priyanka concluded feeling lighter yet uncomfortable. The ACP's eyes too were puffed by the end. Priyanka felt her chest tighten as she gasped for air. Ranveer watched in horror as Priyanka was yet again about to get a panic attack.

"Priyanka, Priyanka look at me" Ranveer spoke caressing her cheeks.

Priyanka looked into his eyes to see not an inch of hatred or anger instead pure concern. She felt herself relax.

"Its going to be alright ok. I'll find away, I promise" Ranveer assured.

"I know" Priyanka replied confidently.
