Symbolism of the day-8/12

Okay guys. So I have decided to try out this thread, since our dear sharmin n everyone else is working hard to increase forum activity. I shall pick one particular symbolism which I felt was quite unique in the show. I'm not really good at this and I'm not really sure il be able to post consistently, as I do have a hectic schedule but I shall try.

It's just that I feel more for Maya cuz of her character traits

Agreed, Maya has considered & takes measures to ensure taking out the thrones of her life which Saanjh hasn't considered before Maya's entry... maybe if she had then would've told Arjun long back what she felt for him. And though everyone sees Maya as only source of pain in Arjun's life, I think she would also be his shield in many ways... giving special place in life from one to another would cause pain to one but Maya would handle him I guess... and I think in many ways Arjun Maya are more similar than Arjun has with Saanjh.

Yes the way she took his hand when he got hurt shows that she will be his shield from any pain ;)
In fact the thorn (pain) was given by Saanjh, but Maya took care of his pain ;)

^Maya's rose had a thorn which symbolised saanjh. Saanjh's rose had thorns which symbolised maya which pricked arjun. But the thorn symbolising saanjh did not hurt arjun one bit.

So today's symbolism was this

When arjun takes the flower from saanjh's hand, and gives it to maya he gets pricked by the thorn.

Now as we know, maya had all thorns removed from her rose but one, which symbolised saanjh.

Now Arjun taking the flower n giving it to maya signified that very soon saanjh's special place in arjun's life will be taken by Maya.

And the fact that he got pricked means he will have to pay a huge price for doing this. Which also goes well with the prediction the pandit made. I hope I make sense
