Mehak's true feelings and POV..........

I was thinking about Mehak's feelings in the current track and wanted to make a post on that for some time now...(Will cover Shaurya's feelings in a separate post)

Mehak though she has grown in strength and character over the last few months from where she was - just like the Mehak whom Shaurya portrayed in his video clipping during the ISC Grand Finale party - she is basically a person who is conditioned by family values and culture. The middle class mentality that Shaurya often accuses of is nothing but the societal pressure under which she lives and it cannot be ignored overnight for a person like Mehak or any of her family members. This is related to her upbringing and her love for her family which is her support system - we should not forget that in the absence of her parents she was brought up in this family and she feels the need to be thankful and is full of gratitude to them.😊😊😊

Now, coming to her relationship with Shaurya, we all know the tashans she had been having with him from day one and his dislike for the middle class and also his dislike for her face in particular. All these Shaurya has said on her face. Imagine a boy telling a girl that he doesn't like her face and also does not find her good enough to pursue as a girl... Though there is an indisputable mutual attraction - both physical and sexual - between Shaurya and Mehak, right now both of them are not in a position to either admit it or share it with each other. ❤️❤️❤️

After Sonal's enlightment Mehak has realized that yes indeed she feels something for Shaurya but the poor girl is not in a position to express it - firstly for the family reasons I had mentioned before and secondly due to Shaurya's cold and withdrawn self. How can she believe him when he had made a 360 degrees turn on the finale party day? Also, he has not given any reasons thus far in the show for her to trust him completely (of course, she was thankful whenever he saved her and her family from some problems etc) but still I think she doesn't trust him 100%. So, today she is afraid of herself - where will all this lead to? What will happen if she falls in love with him? Is there a future at all with him? There is this class difference for sure (which S keeps reminding her even if she forgot!) Plus Shaurya's strong personality which cannot be read by a plain girl like Mehak.😕😕😕She is in a confused state now...so unless Shaurya declares his love for her she will not be in a position to admit that she is in LOVE with Shaurya both to herself as well as to him if and when asked...So, I feel that the ball is in Shaurya's court now...😊😊😊

Shaurya keeps blowing hot and cold. He is confused himself so he can't help confusing Mehek. She knows she feels something for him but is afraid to let it get out of control. Her duty is to her family and she is determined to fulfill it. His constant presence distracts her and tempts her.

Shaurya's mixed signals would be enough to confuse anyone. One minute he is dancing with her and rescuing her from her lecherous fiance. The next he is berating her. He resues her from goons, tries to make her smile, stares at her from the distance but then covers it with frowns, and taunts. Add to that their tumultuous history and no wonder Mehek is bewildered.

I do agree. Mehek will not confess her feeling either to herself or him without some sign from him. Unfortunately Shaurya has a lot of his own personal issues to clear before he can allow himself to acknowledge love again.

May be in future shaurya mite know how mehak lost her parents and his concern towards her mite increase !

Untill they don't show its shaurya family responsible for mehak's parents accident !
