Sushant obviously.
But Varun is fun too, I like his energy and good feel he brings in his roles. Plus he is okay when it comes to technicalities.

Sushant's done more critically acclaimed roles duhhh but he sucks as a commercial actor

Varun's done rom-coms, masala, dance flicks and even dark thriller film.

So Varun for me as he's done more range in which appeals to me.

It's hard to compare. Sushant hasn't done any comedy yet and those are the kind of films Varun does all the time.

But Sushant would have done the role in Badlapur much better than Varun did.

I like Varun too... he has that Bollywood 'hero' thing about him, that Sushant doesn't have :)
