Have you watched all the episodes Sanju? I haven't always but i can tell you what I have seen.There was a scene where the real Vaani Oberoi signed everything over to Thapki and that lawyer who later on proved Thapki as Vaani when Bihaan got the real Vaani's picture was there. About the property, Vaani found out it had all been transferred out of Bauji's name when she paid for her stay. All documents were in Kosi's safe. Think about it. How else would Vaani 'own' the Pandeys too. They could just go and live in another of their properties and enjoy their wealth instead of being humiliated so much by Vaani if they weren't poor. Turning to Dhruv, Shradda was just speculating that he must have become really rich and this was only because he was taking her to a 5 star restaurant. She didn't know what his real financial status was. Sanjay / Ashwin were working in Bauji's business because remember how their respective wives tried to get them to do what Bihaan does in the business when Bihaan was ostracised. There have been numerous scenes where these two wives have instigated attempted coups in Bauji's business. Also why would Ashwin be bringing Bauji's accounting documents to him if he was working outside of the business. I remember him doing that. When thanking Dhruv Vaani didn't actually specify that he financially supported her. She just thanked him for his support bas.
