There's one imposed by IMPPA saying they will not work with Pakistani artistes. But no famous producer is part of that organization. As of right now, people like KJo have more of a self-imposed ban due to the issues he had to face while trying to release ADHM.

Yes, it was imposed only by IMPPA, though various people from the industry had said that they will only work with Pakistani artists once the political situation is under control.
