Exactly... so GKB should have said to Sona that Ish' attention will move to kids away from dev (which is the circle of life).. but she didnt...

I think Dev se attention hat jana is meant to be Sona's attention will shift from Dev to kids and not meant for Ish to shift her attention from Dev to kids. She knows Ish and her insecurities and GKB completely plays ISH.

Forget about only newly married couples...even after you've had one, the khush khabri trend continues about the second child...and even if you are very precise in your answer that you, as a couple are not planning for one. Then, you are nudged, pushed and cajoled to have the next one...I think it is an Asian family thing 😆

Tia, you have been married for how many years now.. Didyou say 4 in a post? When are you and your hubby giving us forum wasis a khush-khabri...

I can laugh about it now... But when I was in the middle of it all, it was so difficult. Even now I get asked about the second one like you said

You are right. Those questions are never ending. Before marriage, "When will you get married", after marriage, "When will you have a baby". After baby, "When will you have another one". After required demand for babies are fulfilled, "When will you get your children married."

I honestly don't get it. Whose life is it anyway?

Lol... It will be 5 years in Jan, 2017 (I am following Dev and Sona's family planning). But I am very fortunate. My mom gives me very gentle nudge nudge hint hint when everytime I Skype her she is knitting baby sweaters or asking for baby wools for gift and giving away knitted sweater/booties/hats with a pitiful expression on her face (she sends me pic with every one of them with exact same expression).

My mother-in-law doesn't say anything at all. She just wants us to be happy, baby or no baby. But other people ask including my family doctor. And you guys can probably guess that I am a straight shooter. So anyone else who asks, those nosy parker relatives, I have a standard answer, "Oh I will have babies tomorrow. But since you are so invested and so interested in my family planning, you will definitely pay for their university right?" No one ever asks me any repeat question again. Honestly as if they will ask me and I will produce on demand. 😆
