Vibhuti's maternal uncle, who had given him Rs five lakhs years ago to enable him to become a doctor, visits his nephew to see how good a doctor he has become.

Vibhuti's maternal uncle does not know that his nephew gave Rs five lakhs to Anita for her grooming centre. So, Anita and Vibhuti decide to set up a fake nursing home to make his maternal uncle happy.
Episode - 459
Tika and Malkhan help Anita and Vibhuti by acting as patients. Vibhuti's maternal uncle thinks that his nephew has succeeded as a doctor and demands a repayment of Rs five lakhs he had given him.
Episode - 460
Anita and Vibhuti mull over how to repay Rs five lakhs to his maternal uncle. She devises a plan, whereby Vibhuti gets arrested by the police for being involved in a kidney-selling racket.
Episode - 461
Vibhuti's arrest makes his maternal uncle think that his nephew will not be able to repay Rs five lakhs. Therefore, he goes away from Vibhuti's house. Anita and Vibhuti are relieved.
