She is playing a late night RJ.

The story is centered around a woman called Sulu who lands herself an unexpected job of a beautiful, fun and feisty RJ who anchors a late-night show, known for its voyeuristic quality and semi-adult shenanigans.

Confirmed producer Bhushan Kumar of T Series, "Today the audience is evolved and wants to see real and relatable cinema. Tumhari Sulu is a lovely heart-warming story tailor-made for Vidya and we are proud to produce it with Ellipsis."

Tumhari Sulu produced by T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment will start shooting in April 2017.
