Well,i think that your computer is slow and i dont think adminz or anybody can do anything in this matter
Try to delete some unneeded filez or programs you need or consult your software master,because i think your computer is tooslow

And yes,i suggest you posting you with the WYSIWIG editor,it on the botton where you post your post.You wont mistake double posts there
