To answer you question, I think Shivaay is not above the law (even if he might think so with the statement, morning me divorce de doonga), so as per IPC the court cannot grant you divorce before 6 months.

Thanks for clearing this up.. I searched wiki 4 d time period within which divorce can be granted within a year with mutual consent bt got some rubbish only

Dadi nor the court will let them divorce so soon...so it will go on for 3 months or 6 months..for sure...court has some rules..
