The first two women runaway so easily he's scared if Anika also does the same so he's keeping an eye.
Well on a serious note, it is a daily soap and there must have been some arguments between the two which forced Anika to get into the bride clothes then her mind which is still not willing to marry Shivaay made her decide to runaway.
As we heard for Sahil she will go with the marriage and the Oberoi will get to know the truth when Tia will come back saying she was kidnapped.(if after reading the note shivaay will believe her...what a disaster)

Knowing Anika she isn't someone who would bow down to anyone especially Shivaay that very easily. Something major has to happen for her to run away in a bridal getup.

I don't think sahil will be in danger going with the last scene it is obvious that Shivaay does not know where's exactly Sahil.
Shivaay must have used Sahil name only to scare Anika and her belief has trapped her...
Sorry it is TIa who will return after the wedding and will say she was kidnapped.
