I think apart from force there is also a case of Fraud here. The fact that before tge actual wedding day no one knew about Vashists and Kailash was involved in discussion on both Sujata and Sumans end indicates a fraud. Even Suman can be implicated for the same unless she calls herself victim of fraud.
