Not just balls he also lacks marbles. He makes do with whatever damaged marbles his mamaji loans him once in a while. But mamaji himself lacks balls so dev won't get much help in that department.

common he is an actor, he will play the role he is given and do justice to the role. He also has to eat and for that he needs money.
