But This deadline that Shivika need to be married in November forced Daksh to fall in love and propose in 3-4 meeting which just makes this so irritating and not fun at all. 😭

and yes, asya, naps - i do agree with what you are saying but whats scary in this scenario is that gul is expected to go way over board than necessary. for me anika has been the best written character of this show - her saying yes to a for lone idiot like daksh is still hard to digest. she is a street smart girl, didnt grow up in over protected families like ours to not see through him and his lustiness.

it is irritating to watch right now, no doubt! may be once they are married we can come back to these epis and actually enjoy them. i for one cant wait for this track to be over!

I agree and I think she too realizes the enormity of her foolhardiness when she gets home but is stuck between a rock and a hard place with absolutely no one on her side or an advisor to consult with. Shivvay is lucky - he has Om, Dadi, Rudra and if no one else Badi Ma. Poor Annika has only herself and we must remember she must not be more than 23-25 years old with no elder in the house to consult or guide.
I think she might feel that, in a few days, once Shivvay is married she would be able to break off with Daksh if all does not work out but things (because of Daksh orchestrating them) start spinning out of control where she suddenly finds herself at the wedding mandap as a bride. I do feel very sorry for her and this is all 'Ghadha Singh Oberoi's' fault

Anika did not randomly select the first guy who approached her.

She accepted the proposal of the man who saved her from an impending danger. A man who wanted to be with her despite of her social status or stuff, who did not give hope after her rejection and continued to stand with her, who respected her decisions

I would have had no problem if she would have rejected Daksh, there is no need for a man in your life, but she can also accept the man who she feels is nice, that doesn't make her stupid
