I don't know how others feel.
But for me it almost looked like Shivaay meddling repeatedly made anika accept.

Anika was confused to yet make a decision.
Daksh proposed but everyone were silent Shivay unnecessarily spoke on behalf of Anika he indirectly lead to the acceptance .The expression on Anikas face when Shivaay was speaking to Daksh it mostly look like who are you to speak of me and indirectly telling I don't live by you.

Ya it is mixed acceptance half due to Shivay coming between and she feeling genuineness in Daksh.

To prove his thinking wrong she is doing this. Specially Shivaay's interference would have made her more angry.😆 But shivaay ko pata nahi hai na anika's MUs. He is thinking like previous times.

U are right this is trigger.. last night attack really shaken her up.. she si at her msot vulnerable mental state more to add Tia's torture.. n MU abt shivay.. N last night Daksh's presence to save her.. n show care for her..

I don't know but accepting daksh proposal solidifies it na Dakshi is also rich in the way shivay is in anika mind now on what he thinks of her it just solidifies it by accepting rich proposal.

But I guess she want to proove notbon what he thinks of her but to proov that what he thinks doesn't matter to her

Agreed. She was being cornered there by Daksh. So insensitive to ask her in front of people after She said no once. Taking advantage of her vulnerability.
