Remember Yash Patnaik said the show is about 3 different relationships primarily?

-Vividha & Atharv
-Atharv-Ravish
-Suman-Sujata

Now whether you want to admit it or not, Vividha & Atharv did become very popular. Their scenes worked with the audience hence more of them was give to us in Phase 1 (confirmed by a channel person so shut up if you want to argue otherwise). As fans we were cool with 0.7 anyway because at the back of our mind we knew Vitharv are going to split and there will be a high end wedding drama which takes in ratings for any show.

Anyway so out of nowhere the second relationship comes in too! That of Atharv & Ravish's! The show is/was meant to be about them but hands on your heart, does anyone see ANY chemistry between these 2? Because I certainly don't. It kind of seems like the actors are playing their part but have no chemistry or warmth with each other and I HAVE seen great chemistry between siblings (EHMMBH, Veera, Bidaai...so many sister shows man). Even IB is meant to be about 3 brothers & there's a camaderie there. Ravish & Atharv have had good bonding scenes on paper but onscreen? They make you feel nothing! Very worrying!

Suman and Sujata - an equation which I was actually looking forward to but unfortunately both actresses & as of now Sujata'a characters are hugely MEH! I loved Smita's work in the past but she just does not connect to Suman! You can completely tell and I've followed the woman since Amanat days. This is far from her best, probably because Suman is actually poorly written. Sujata was a woman of substance but now she only exists to give Vividha cold looks and take crap from Suman. I thought there will be exciting chemistry between the two but even that's a dud! Shilpa has never looked so disinterested!!!

What will they do? What can they do? 2 out of the 3 main bonds of the show in my opinion have failed in showing any impact.

NGL I was excited to see how the CVs execute the 'Brother Bond' track!
Instead they ended up giving us a completely different sort of 'Bond(ing)' #IfYaKnowWhatIMean -.- That itself left a bitter taste in my mouth and it's needless to say I couldn't care less about the brothers bonding cause, one of them is a major dick with a serious case of superiority complex!

As for SuSu! Nah, they got no chemistry either ! The only thing I'm looking forward to now is Atharva's recovery cause it's the only thing that can salvage this sinking ship of a show!

Phase 1 was classy! Such a shame I can't say the same about Phase 2 ! Almost everybody who was introduced in phase 2 is so f**king deadpan! I just can't relate to any of them after watching Vikram + Shivani + Shilpa Ji's stellar performances back to back man! I just can't settle for anything less & I won't ! [OL]

Tell you the truth, I was looking forward to the step- brothers and the Sujata-Suman track.

It's a joke atm, sudden and abrupt. There's not even a zero connect with any of these so called bonds, be it Atharv- Ravish or the two women. It's fallen flat and I can't see it gettimg better any more.

Both relationships and face- offs had immense potential, I could see it did. Only if they had thought it over more sensibly, more seriously.

You know what the funniest thing about all of this is.

The ViTharv love story was to be shown for about a month and then the 'real' story of the brothers and the two mothers was supposed to start!

And now all the majority of the audience cares about is ViTharv. Phase 1 as everyone seems to call it, was the best part of the show. The love story together with the theme of women empowerment was crafted beautifully. We cared. So much. And of course Vikram and Shivani had electrifying chemistry which just made the love story even more magical.

And then came the marriage and with it a new family. The brothers relationship was supposed to be the highlight of the show but pretty much no one cares about it because their bond has been executed so terribly. Where is the love and compassion between the brothers? Where are the bonding scenes?

As for Sujata and Suman, that's been another disaster. Suman has been shown to be so bitter that it's so difficult to feel any empathy towards her. And Sujata, who was such a strong woman in Phase 1, even standing up to Kailaash just sits or stands on mute.

And we are still on 0.7 TRP's.

Where's the increase the new family and the more 'popular' actors were supposed to bring.

The sensible thing for the makers to do is admit defeat and reunite ViTharv. Then as Wish suggested in her post, show a parrallel story of Vitharv and Sujata on one side, and the new family and their story on the other. Perhaps then our show can be saved.

I was looking forward to brothers bond too.. Will say they did start off well but now the plot is lost. When Atharv played with Ravish and Ravish smiled for everything he does it was pleasing to eyes.We saw a bond forming. But then suddenly u see the same guy chaining Atharv, slapping and pushing him, while Atharv just moved away trying to find safe haven in sujata or Vv. Have we ever seen Ravish talking or playing with Atharv after Vv's confrontation?
Nowadays ravish is more busy eyeing Vv than taking care of Atharv. But still Ravish gives Atharv the reason to stick around Sujatas. I feel he is just using Atharv as a reason to stay around Vv.

Sujata is someone, that disappoints to no end. Not because she hates Vv but because even after knowing that it was indeed Vv who saved Atharv's life, she has no empathy. Her empathy was imp for Vv because Sujata herself has lead her life for love. At present Suman n Sujata have not even had an ice breaking conversation together, all thanks to the great saviour of humanity. If only they could have fight that day, they might have talked today. Dont know how long will it take for them to have a decent convo let alone have a bond later.
I have a teeny weeny hope from Suman coz she said in the past that Vv will not suffer in marriage like her. So hopefully she takes the secret sportingly.

Its only Vitharv who have justified this show. They were the ones who got this show an audience, so that the show was noticed in the first place. Its not that Vitharv got great script, there were always loopholes in the show. But Vitharv chemistry managed the show and made it watchable.
