I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the kind of games ishwari is capable of playing ..Such a big time manipulator this woman is ...Such a double faced woman ..How she was trying to act all goody in front of her dil sona by asking her to handle her room and dev in her own way to make her feel that she actually cares for her feelings where as deep down she is rejoicing that sona might be very intelligent but she will never be able to handle to dev and that dev will always remain dependant on her mother ...this is called killing two birds with one stroke...Only Gkb I guess can see through ishwaris devilish games...the kind of evil smile which ishu had on her face when she told gkb that sona is avery good person but its very difficult to handle my dev ..Gosh it gave me creeps...Such a dangerous woman she is..Sona is way to simple and innocent to understand her MIL's dangerous games..poor girl was soo happy that ishu gave her the permission to do things as per her own liking ..but sadly she doesn't now all this is just a trap which ishu is very skilfully laying to make her feel like a complete outsider ...

It is soo sad and to see dev being so blind when it comes to ishu...more than anger I am hurt and sad with his behaviour...How shrewdly ishu managed to manipulate dev by giving him a cold treatment first and later making him guilty thereby completely breaking the beautiful bond which he shared with asha...the precap just broke my heart into million pieces...Never saw this coming...

Ishwari has done all this before. The whole idea of Ritwick fell flat on its face.
What Ishwari doesn't realise is, the moment Dev sees sona going away from him, all hell breaks lose. It has the same effect as Ishwari's silent treatment.

This will cause arguments between dev and sona. I can see how some people (I say people not men. Because women can be like that too) are so dependent on someone in the family to organise their wardrobe and room. What Sona needs is to ask kichu bhaiya or Ishwari to leave the stuff on her bed and then slowly start getting Dev to organise his wardrobe.

For example, when he couldn't find his nightsuit had she helped him and tidied the wardrobe "together" Ishwari wouldn't have found about this. But now Sona has made it clear to Ishwari that there are boundaries. I am glad she spoke.

Dev is bound to get annoyed and rude with Sona over this. He has an assistant at work and needs one at home. I can somewhat see his point of view. He has a bigger fish to fry

This is a good lesson for newly weds. Take notice girls.

Sorry didn't understand your point of girls take notice...

Sonakshi is wel educated, earns handsomely and has no assistance... she manages her own chores and also her job...

Am sure Dev didn't become owner from day one.. no one is out of college and straight in C-level post... slogging way up is the way which teaches importance of staying organized, managing time, tone etc etc...

Am sure none us wants transitioning Dev from being totally dependent on Ishwari to totally dependent on Sonakshi... certainly not for trivial things like keeping wardrobe organized...

Fangirl, I see what you mean. But my take is different.
The guy had never set his wardrobe (even when he was poor) because mommy did it all the time.
It is out of habit. Same could be said about cooking, driving or cleaning the house - its not about being rich/poor or can or cannot afford - it is about someone else doing it for you so you never felt the need to learn and continue to remain dependent on someone else for the same.

If Sonakshi would like Dev to do his own thing like she does - she will have to help him get there. Because it is only fair that you take the onus of helping him change if you'd like to see those changes in him. I liked how she has tried to set boundaries for Ishwari regarding the wardrobe. But to me, its no big deal - setting own wardrobe is no real success, if you compare it to how this guy is emotionally entangled to his mother. Reducing dependency on his mother should be the bottomline but this was too small a thing in my opinion. That is why, Ishwari didnt push for it either, because she knows that she already has won a bigger/ much more significant task of alienating Dev from Asha.
