Hey guys, good to be back after a looong break. LOL. Was kinda busy. Apologies. Nevertheless, after almost 6 months, I'm back with another OS. Hopefully I won't disappoint you.
So, this begins with Swara's accident. RagLak were married for 6 months and Swara had always hated Ragini for taking away Lakshya from her. She was accidently by a car and the doctors somehow saved her life but couldn't save her memory. She had forgotten everything including Lakshya's marriage with Ragini. She thought Lakshya was still her fianc.
*AT THE HOSPITAL*
Swara opened her eyes slowly and found Lakshya sitting near her. Ragini had gone home to bring food for him.
Swara- Lakshya, main yaha...main yaha kaise? Ouch!
Swara lighty touched her head and tried to sit.
Lakshya- Swara, tum uth gayi? Ek minute main help karta hoon.
Lakshya helped her in getting up and Swara kept staring at him the whole time. Lakshya felt embarrassed by the way he was being stared at.
Lakshya- Kya hua, Swara? Tum mujhe aise kyu dekh rahi ho?
Swara- Kuch nahi. Bas aise hi. Accha lagta hain tumhe dekhna.
Lakshya got shocked and embarrassed as well. He avoided eye contact with Swara.
Lakshya- Ummm tum baitho. Main...main zara doctor ko bulakar aata hoon.
Swara- Okay.
Lakshya left and Swara kept staring at him from behind with a smile.
After a few hours, Ragini came to the hospital with food for Lakshya. On the way, she saw Lakshya talking with the doctor in a serious mood. She went to him. She pat his shoulder from behind.
Ragini- Lakshya, kya hua? Kya baat hain? Aap kuch pareshaan lag rahe hain?
Lakshya- Ragini, woh...woh baat ye hain ki actually Swara...
Ragini- Kya hua, Lakshya? Boliye na. Kya hua Swara ko? Woh theek toh hain na?
Doctor- Mrs. Maheshwari, actually baat yeh hain ki humne Swara ko bacha toh liya hain lekin woh apni zindagi ki pichli kuch baatein bhool chuki hain. Aur agar achaanak se unhe kuch yaad dilaane ki koshish ki jaaye, toh unki maut bhi ho sakti hain.
Ragini- Kya? Doctor, yeh aap kya keh rahe hain?
Lakshya- Haa Ragini, doctor sahi keh rahe hain. Swara yeh bhool chuki hain ki tumhari aur meri shaadi ho chuki hain. Woh abhi bhi mujhe apna mangetar samajhti hain. Aaj jab use hosh aaya toh woh bohot ajeeb si baatein kar rahi thi.
Ragini breaks down and starts crying.
Ragini- Yeh...Yeh sab kya ho raha hain humari behen ke saath? Pehle uska accident aur abb...abb yeh sab?
Lakshya hugged her.
Lakshya- Sambhaalo apne aap ko, Ragini. Sab theek ho jaayega.
Ragini hugged him back and cried even more. After a few minutes, they both walked inside Swara's cabin.
Ragini- Swara, tumhe hosh aa gaya? Dekho hum tumhare liye aaloo ke parathen laaye hain. Tumhe pasand hain na?
Swara- Wooww Ragini, aaloo ke parathen? Laao laao, jaldi laao! Mere toh abhi se mooh mein paani aa raha hain.
Ragini started to feed Swara with her own hands. All of a sudden, Swara noticed the mangalsutra and sindoor that Ragini had been wearing.
Swara-Ragini, yeh sindoor aur mangalsutra? Tumhari shaadi ho gayi? Kab? Kiske saath? Aur...aur mujhe iss baare mein kuch pata kyu nahi hain? Yeh sab kya ho raha hain?
Ragini looked at Lakshya who was was already looking at her. Both of them had no answer.
Swara- Accha abb samjhi! Toh dost bante bante tumne aur Sanskaar ne chupke se shaadi kar li aur kisiko bataya tak nahi? Ragini, tum toh chupi rustom nikli. Waise kaha hain mere jija? Zara hum bhi toh mil le unse.
Ragini- Ummm, woh Swa...Swara, actually humare pati Sanskaar na...
Lakshya- Haa Swara, bilkul sahi pakda tumne. Sanskaar aur Ragini ne chupke se shaadi kar li aur kisiko kuch nahi bataaya.
Ragini looked at Lakshya shockingly. Lakshya looked at her first and then looked down.
Swara- Wahi toh! Tabhi main sochu ki meri behen ki shaadi ho gayi aur mujhe pata tak nahi aisa kaise ho sakta hai? Waisw bulaao toh sahi mere jiju ko. Abb toh jaise barso ho gaye unko dekhe hue.
Ragini- Bul...Bulaate hain.
Ragini dials Sanskaar's phone number with shivering hands.
Sanskaar (over phone)- Haa Ragini, bolo!
Ragini- Sanskaar, aap kaha hain?
Sanskaar (over phone)- Main toh office mein hoon. Kyu kuch kaam tha?
Ragini- Haa woh...woh kya aap abhi city hospital aa aakte hain please?
Sanskaar (over phone)- Hospital? Kyu? Kuch...kuch problem hain? Swara theek toh hain na? Kya kaha doctor ne?
Ragini- Aap aayiye toh sahi sab bataate hain.
Sanskaar (over phone)- Theek hain main bas nikal hi raha hoon.
Ragini- Ji, rakhte hain!
Ragini disconnected the phone. After about half and hour, Sanskaar entered inside the cabin.
Sanskaar- Ragini, kya hua? Kuch baat hain? Tumne aise achaanak kyu bulaaya mujhe?
Swara- Arrey jiju, apni begum se aur kitni baatein karoge? Zara humse bhi toh baat kar liya karo.
Sanskaar looked at RagLak shockingly and then back at Swara.
Sanskaar- Jiju????? Main?????
Swara- Haa! Abb Aapki shaadi meri behen se hui hain toh rishte mein aap mere jiju hi toh hue na.
Sanskaar- Shaadi? Ragini se? Swara tum yeh sab kya...
Ragini- Please na Sanskaar, abb toh maaf kar dijiye. Subah ka jhagda aap abhi tak kyu kheech rahe hain?
Sanskaar looked at Ragini with a confused face.
Sanskaar- Jhagda? Ragini, kya keh rahi ho tum? Yeh sab ho kya raha hain?
Ragini held Sanskaar's hand and pulled him outside. Lakshya felt quite jealous seeing this but preferred to ignore.
Swara- Yeh dono kaha chale gaye?
Lakshya-Woh...woh actually lagta hain dono ke beech kuch jhagda hua hoga kisi baat ko lekar. Wahi sort out karne gaye honge.
Swara- Ufff! Kya yeh bhi typical husband wife ki tarah ladte rehte hain.
Swara started to laugh while Lakshya looked at her with a sad face.
*OUTSIDE THE CABIN*
Sanskaar- Yeh sab kya hain, Ragini? Main Swara ka jija kab se bann gaya? Uska jija toh Laksh...
Ragini- Ssshhh! Dheere boliye, Sanskaar. Swara sun legi. Uski memory jaa chuki hain. Use kuch yaad nahi hain humari aur Lakshya ki shaadi ke baare mein. Use lagta hain ki aap humare pati hain aur Lakshya uske mangetar.
Sanskaar got shocked.
Sanskaar- Kya??? Swara mujhe tumhara pati samajhti hain? Toh tum kahi yeh toh nahi chahti ki main uske theek hone tak tumhara pati banne ka naatak karu? Nahi Ragini, mujhse yeh nahi hoga. Ragini- Hum samajhte hain, Sanskaar. Hume pata hain yeh aapke liye itna aasaan nahi hain. Aur yaqeen kijiye, yeh karna jitna aapke liye mushkil hain, utna hi humare liye bhi hain. Lekin humare paas koi doosra raasta nahi hain, Sanskaar. Swara ki zindagi bachaane ke liye hume yeh karna hi hoga warna woh...
Ragini broke down and started to cry. Sanskaar handed over his handkerchief to her.
Sanskaar- Yeh lo! Aansu poch lo apne.
Ragini took his handkerchief and wiped her tears.
Sanskaar- Theek hain, Ragini. Main tumhari madad karne ke liye tayyar hoon. Lekin ek baat yaad rakhna, kahi Swara ki jaan bachaate bachaate, tum apne aur Lakshya ke rishte ki hi na jaan le lo.
Sanskaar then went inside the cabin and Ragini kept staring at him from behind. His words were echoing inside her head. Can this drama destroy her's and Lakshya's beautiful relationship? Was Sanskaar right? Were his words true? After a few days, Swara was brought home from hospital. She was staying at Lakshya's house so that Ragini could take good care of her.
*SANSKAAR'S ROOM*
Ragini had shifted her belongings to Sanskaar's room as she had to stay in his room for the next few months. She was uncomfortable sharing the same room with her brother in law but both of them were helpless. There was no other option. Ragini cleaned Sanskaar's bed and went to the washroom to change. When she came out, she was Sanskaar lying down on the couch.
Ragini- Sanskaar, aap waha kyu so rahe hain? Humne yeh bed aapke liye hi toh clean kiya hain.
Sanskaar- Ragini, tumhe sach mein lagta hain main khud bed pe soke tumhe couch pe sone doonga? Tumhara pati maar daalega mujhe.
Ragini laughed out loud.
Ragini- Nahi Sanskaar, aapko aadat nahi hogi. Koi baat nahi. Aap bed pe so jaayiye. Hum couch pe so jaayenge.
Sanskaar- Haa tum toh jaise roz couch pe hi soti ho! Chup chaap so jaao bed pe.
Ragini- Accha theek hain. Kisi cheez ki zaroorat ho toh hume jagaa dijiyega.
Sanskaar- Theek hain meri maa!
Both laughed for a moment and then went to sleep. Next morning, Sanskaar woke up and saw a note on the table. He picked it up and read it.
~Good morning, Sanskaar. Aapke kapde nilaak kar rakh diye hain bed pe. Fresh hokar pehen lijiyega. Hum neeche sabke liye naashta banane jaa rahe hain. Tayyar hokar neeche aa jaayiyega.
Ragini.~
This note brought a smile on Sanskaar's lips. He remembered how there had been a time when he loved Ragini to death but could never tell her. He remembered how he had sacrificed his love for her happiness. He remembered how he had drank and cried vigorously on RagLak's wedding. He kept the note inside the drawer and headed towards the washroom. After getting ready, he went downstairs and wished everyone good morning. He sat with everyone for breakfast. Ragini served him food with a smile and he smiled back. Lakshya had been watching all this and he was now hating it.
Sanskaar- Good morning, Ragini.
Ragini- Morning, Sanskaar! Aapko humara note mila?
Sanskaar- Haa mila!
Ragini smiled at him and he smiled back. This went on for next 3 months. Lakshya had now started drinking every night. He used to return back home late every night. Both Swara and Ragini used to keep waiting for him initially. But finally, Swara had given up and stopped waiting every night for him. Ragini would skip her dinner often and wait for him. Both RagLak had stopped talking to each other. Even if Ragini tried to talk to Lakshya, he would just ignore her. This was troubling her. She was not being able to understand her husband's hatred towards her. What had she done, she started wondering. She had found out one day that she was pregnant and wanted to tell Lakshya about it that same night. She kept waiting for him and peeping outside the window hoping he had come.
*AT NIGHT IN SANSKAAR'S ROOM*
Sanskaar- Ragini, kyu? Kyu roz khud ko taqleef deti ho uss bewde ke liye? Woh roz sharaab pee kar aata hain aur tum roz raat ko uska wait karti ho. Apne baare mein na sahi, apne bacche ke baare mein toh socho.
Ragini- Humne aisi kaun si galti ki hain, Sanskaar? Kya kiya hain humne jo woh humse baat tak nahi karte? Har baar jab bhi hum unse baat karne ki koshish karte hain, woh hamesha waha se chala jaate hain. Hume unke mooh se apna naam sune abhi maheeno ho chuke hain, Sanksaar. Yaha tak ki hum unhe yeh tak nahi bata paa rahe hain ki woh baap banne waale hain.
Sanksaar- Koi baat nahi, Ragini. Tum fikar mat karo. Sab theek ho jaayega.
Ragini hugged Sanksaar and cried. He hesitantly hugged her back and caressed her hair. Few seconds later, Ragini realised what she was doing and immediately backed off. She avoided eye contact with him and went to bed crying. Sanksaar also felt embarrassed and slowly went to sleep. Next morning, Swara came to their room and locked the door. Ragini woke and got blank. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't let Swara see that she and Sanksaar slept separately. She immediately woke Sanksaar up and asked him to sleep on the other side of the bed and she herself opened the door. Swara saw Sanksaar sleeping and started teasing Ragini.
Swara- Ahem Ahem! Ragini, jiju abhi tak nahi uthe? Kya baat hain? Soye nahi kya kal raat?
Ragini- Swara, aisa kuch nahi hain. Woh bas...
Lakshya was passing by when he heard Swara's words. Her words pissed him off. He peeped inside the room and saw Sanskaar sleeping on the bed and the bed sheet slightly messed up on the other side. He mistook the situation and felt disguisted. He went from there into his room and broke everything present there. He broke all the mirrors with punches and his fist started to bleed.
Lakshya- Yeh theek nahi kiya tumne, Ragini. Yeh theek nahi kiya tumne! Meri biwi hokar mere bhai ke saath ye sab? Cheee!
He broke down, sat on his knees, yelled and then cried vigorously. After 1 hour, he got up and went to Sanskaar's room. He saw the room empty and looked around the room. He opened the drawer and found the letter Ragini had written for Sanksaar. A tear skipped his eye as he tore the note. He searched again and found a medical report. He opened it and saw Ragini's pregnancy report. He mistook the situation and thought Sanksaar was the father of Ragini's child. He went to the kitchen, held Ragini's wrist and dragged her to their room. Ragini had no clue what was going on in his mind. He threw her on the floor and closed the door but forgot to lock it. Ragini somehow managed to stand up. She was scared. She had never seen him so angry ever before. She somehow dared to speak in a shivering voice.
Ragini- Laks...
Lakshya pushed her towards the wall, pinned her against it and yelled.
Lakshya- Chup! Chup karo, samjhi? Mera naam mat lo apni iss gandi zubaan se. Sharam nahi aayi tumhe? Sharam nahi aayi mere bhai ke saath apna mooh kaala karte hue? Himmat kaise hui tumhari?
Ragini- La...Lakshya, yeh aap kya keh rahe hain? Sanskaar aur hum? Lakshya, aap aisa soch bhi kaise sakte hain? Sanksaar humare acche dost hain. Aapke bhai hain woh. Aap aisa kaise soch sakte hain?
Lakshya throws the medical repoet right on her face.
Lakshya- Yeh kya hain phir? Yeh pregnancy report? Kaise aaya yeh baccha?

Lakshya- Naatak bandh karo, Ragini. Maan kyu nahi leti ki tumhare aur Sanskaar ke beech kuch hain?
Ragini- Humne kabhi nahi socha tha Lakshya ki aap hum pe aisa ganda ilzaam lagayenge. Nahi chahiye hume yeh baccha. Hum yeh kissa abhi khatam kar dete hain.
Ragini ran to the table, grabbed a knife and was about to stab herself when Lakshya snatched it from her hand, threw it, slapped and then hugged her.
Lakshya- Pagal ho kya? Dimaag kharaab hain tumhara? Tumhe ya mere baccha ko kuch ho jaata toh main marr jaata, Ragini. I am sorry. Mujhe tum pe aisa ganda ilzaam nahi lagaana chahiye tha. Mujhe maaf kar do, Ragini.
Ragini cried and hugged him back. Suddenly, they heard the breaking sound of glass. They looked towards the door and saw Swara standing at looking at them with tears in her eyes. Her eyes fell on the medical report falling on the ground. She picked it up, read it and walked slowly towards RagLak. She held Ragini's hand and dragged her to the hall.
Lakshya- Swara, meri baat suno! Tum...tum galat samajh rahi ho. Jo tum soch rahi ho waisa...
Swara- Lakshya, please! Yeh hum beheno ke beech ki baat hain. You stay out of it.
Everyone started looking at them shocked and confused.
Annapurna- Swara beta, baat kya hain? Tum aise Ragini ko yaha kheech kar kyu laayi ho?
Swara- Aunty ji, Sanksaar kaha hain? Unhe bulayiye abhi. Bohut zaroori baat karni hain unse.
Annapurna- Par beta, baat kya hain?

Annapurna called Sanskaar and asked him to come home immediately. Sanksaar came and was shocked to see the scene going on.
Sanksaar- Badi maa, baat kya hain? Aapne mujhe aise urgently kyu bulaaya?
Swara- Main bataati hoon!
Sanksaar turned around and saw Swara with rage in her eyes.
Swara- Kya aapko pata hain ki aapki biwi maa banne waali hain?
Sanskaar looked at Ragini who was crying. All the family members got shocked to hear this.
Sanksaar- Swara, baat kya hain?
Swara- Jitna aapse poonch rahi hoon, bas uska jawaab dijiye. Kya aapko pata hain ki aapki wife pregnant hain?
Sanksaar looked down and slowly nodded in a yes.
Swara- Mooh se boliye!
Sanksaar- Haa, pata hain.
Swara- Kya aapko pata hain ki woh baccha kiska hain?

Swara- Kya aap sab ko pata hain ki aapki badi bahu ke pet mein kiska baccha hain? Nahi? Main bataati hoon! Ragini ke pet mein Sanksaar ka nahi, balki Lakshya ka baccha hain.
All the family members kept quiet as they had no words to say.
Swara- Yeh ladki, yeh Ragini, jo badkismati se meri behen hai, yeh ek bacchalan aurat hain. Bloody characterless woman! Shaadi bade bhai ke saath aur baccha chote bhai ke saath? And then, the sound of a tight slap was heard. Swara's cheek and Lakshya's palm! He literally started yelling at her.
Lakshya- Shut up, Swara! Just shut up! Ek aur word apne mooh se nikaala toh main bhool jaaunga ki tum Ragini ki behen ho. Tum aaj bhi galat faimi mein ho, Swara. Ragini ne tumse Tumhara mangetar nahi cheena, balki tum usse uska pati cheen rahi ho. Haa sahi kaha tumne. Mera hi hain yeh baccha. Main hi hoon iss bacche ka baap. Aur main hi hoon Ragini ka pati. Main hi hoon tumhara jija, Sanskaar nahi. Ye sab ek naatak tha. Hum sab naatak kar rahe the taaki tumhari jaan ko kuch na ho. Tumse saachai abhi tak chupa kar rakhi taaki tumhe khatra na ho. Par abb bas! Abb aur nahi. Aaj tumhe sunna hi hoga. Ragini meri patni hain. Mera pyaar hain, meri jaan hain. Samjhi tum? Main Ragini se pyaar karta hoon. Sirf aur sirf Ragini se!
Hearing this, Swara collapsed and fell in Lakshya's arms.
Lakshya- Swara! Swara, tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Main abhi doctor ko bulaata hoon.

Ragini- Nahi Swara, please aisa mat kaho. Tumhare bina hum marr jaayenge.
Swara- Ragini, Lakshya tumse bohot pyaar karta hain. Use kabhi hurt mat karna.
Swara then held Lakshya's hand. She started breathing heavily.
Swara- Mere paas waqt nahi hain. Main jaa rahi hoon, Lakshya but jaane se pehle ye kehna chahti hoon ki I Love...
And then, she died, leaving everyone alone and in tears. After a few months, their lives changed back to normal. Everyone started waiting for the baby's arrival. After Ragini's delivery the doctor came out and announced that she had given birth to a healthy baby girl. All the family members went inside the cabin. Lakshya picked up his angel.
Lakshya- Maine soch liya hain. Meri angel ka naam hoga Swara!
RagLak smiled at hugged each other while Lakshya still had his baby Swara in his arms.

Ragini looked at Lakshya who was was already looking at her. Both of them had no answer.
Swara- Accha abb samjhi! Toh dost bante bante tumne aur Sanskaar ne chupke se shaadi kar li aur kisiko bataya tak nahi? Ragini, tum toh chupi rustom nikli. Waise kaha hain mere jija? Zara hum bhi toh mil le unse.

Ragini looked at Lakshya shockingly. Lakshya looked at her first and then looked down.
Swara- Wahi toh! Tabhi main sochu ki meri behen ki shaadi ho gayi aur mujhe pata tak nahi aisa kaise ho sakta hai? Waisw bulaao toh sahi mere jiju ko. Abb toh jaise barso ho gaye unko dekhe hue.
Ragini- Bul...Bulaate hain.
Ragini dials Sanskaar's phone number with shivering hands.
Sanskaar (over phone)- Haa Ragini, bolo!
Ragini- Sanskaar, aap kaha hain?
Sanskaar (over phone)- Main toh office mein hoon. Kyu kuch kaam tha?
Ragini- Haa woh...woh kya aap abhi city hospital aa aakte hain please?
Sanskaar (over phone)- Hospital? Kyu? Kuch...kuch problem hain? Swara theek toh hain na? Kya kaha doctor ne?
Ragini- Aap aayiye toh sahi sab bataate hain.
Sanskaar (over phone)- Theek hain main bas nikal hi raha hoon.
Ragini- Ji, rakhte hain!
Ragini disconnected the phone. After about half and hour, Sanskaar entered inside the cabin.
Sanskaar- Ragini, kya hua? Kuch baat hain? Tumne aise achaanak kyu bulaaya mujhe?
Swara- Arrey jiju, apni begum se aur kitni baatein karoge? Zara humse bhi toh baat kar liya karo.
Sanskaar looked at RagLak shockingly and then back at Swara.
Sanskaar- Jiju????? Main?????
Swara- Haa! Abb Aapki shaadi meri behen se hui hain toh rishte mein aap mere jiju hi toh hue na.
Sanskaar- Shaadi? Ragini se? Swara tum yeh sab kya...
Ragini- Please na Sanskaar, abb toh maaf kar dijiye. Subah ka jhagda aap abhi tak kyu kheech rahe hain?
Sanskaar looked at Ragini with a confused face.
Sanskaar- Jhagda? Ragini, kya keh rahi ho tum? Yeh sab ho kya raha hain?
Ragini held Sanskaar's hand and pulled him outside. Lakshya felt quite jealous seeing this but preferred to ignore.
Swara- Yeh dono kaha chale gaye?
Lakshya-Woh...woh actually lagta hain dono ke beech kuch jhagda hua hoga kisi baat ko lekar. Wahi sort out karne gaye honge.

Swara started to laugh while Lakshya looked at her with a sad face.
*OUTSIDE THE CABIN*
Sanskaar- Yeh sab kya hain, Ragini? Main Swara ka jija kab se bann gaya? Uska jija toh Laksh...

Sanskaar got shocked.

Ragini broke down and started to cry. Sanskaar handed over his handkerchief to her.

Sanskaar then went inside the cabin and Ragini kept staring at him from behind. His words were echoing inside her head. Can this drama destroy her's and Lakshya's beautiful relationship? Was Sanskaar right? Were his words true? After a few days, Swara was brought home from hospital. She was staying at Lakshya's house so that Ragini could take good care of her.
*SANSKAAR'S ROOM*
Ragini had shifted her belongings to Sanskaar's room as she had to stay in his room for the next few months. She was uncomfortable sharing the same room with her brother in law but both of them were helpless. There was no other option. Ragini cleaned Sanskaar's bed and went to the washroom to change. When she came out, she was Sanskaar lying down on the couch.
Ragini- Sanskaar, aap waha kyu so rahe hain? Humne yeh bed aapke liye hi toh clean kiya hain.
Sanskaar- Ragini, tumhe sach mein lagta hain main khud bed pe soke tumhe couch pe sone doonga? Tumhara pati maar daalega mujhe.
Ragini laughed out loud.
Ragini- Nahi Sanskaar, aapko aadat nahi hogi. Koi baat nahi. Aap bed pe so jaayiye. Hum couch pe so jaayenge.
Sanskaar- Haa tum toh jaise roz couch pe hi soti ho! Chup chaap so jaao bed pe.
Ragini- Accha theek hain. Kisi cheez ki zaroorat ho toh hume jagaa dijiyega.
Sanskaar- Theek hain meri maa!
Both laughed for a moment and then went to sleep. Next morning, Sanskaar woke up and saw a note on the table. He picked it up and read it.
~Good morning, Sanskaar. Aapke kapde nilaak kar rakh diye hain bed pe. Fresh hokar pehen lijiyega. Hum neeche sabke liye naashta banane jaa rahe hain. Tayyar hokar neeche aa jaayiyega.
Ragini.~
This note brought a smile on Sanskaar's lips. He remembered how there had been a time when he loved Ragini to death but could never tell her. He remembered how he had sacrificed his love for her happiness. He remembered how he had drank and cried vigorously on RagLak's wedding. He kept the note inside the drawer and headed towards the washroom. After getting ready, he went downstairs and wished everyone good morning. He sat with everyone for breakfast. Ragini served him food with a smile and he smiled back. Lakshya had been watching all this and he was now hating it.
Sanskaar- Good morning, Ragini.
Ragini- Morning, Sanskaar! Aapko humara note mila?
Sanskaar- Haa mila!
Ragini smiled at him and he smiled back. This went on for next 3 months. Lakshya had now started drinking every night. He used to return back home late every night. Both Swara and Ragini used to keep waiting for him initially. But finally, Swara had given up and stopped waiting every night for him. Ragini would skip her dinner often and wait for him. Both RagLak had stopped talking to each other. Even if Ragini tried to talk to Lakshya, he would just ignore her. This was troubling her. She was not being able to understand her husband's hatred towards her. What had she done, she started wondering. She had found out one day that she was pregnant and wanted to tell Lakshya about it that same night. She kept waiting for him and peeping outside the window hoping he had come.
*AT NIGHT IN SANSKAAR'S ROOM*
Sanskaar- Ragini, kyu? Kyu roz khud ko taqleef deti ho uss bewde ke liye? Woh roz sharaab pee kar aata hain aur tum roz raat ko uska wait karti ho. Apne baare mein na sahi, apne bacche ke baare mein toh socho.
Ragini- Humne aisi kaun si galti ki hain, Sanskaar? Kya kiya hain humne jo woh humse baat tak nahi karte? Har baar jab bhi hum unse baat karne ki koshish karte hain, woh hamesha waha se chala jaate hain. Hume unke mooh se apna naam sune abhi maheeno ho chuke hain, Sanksaar. Yaha tak ki hum unhe yeh tak nahi bata paa rahe hain ki woh baap banne waale hain.
Sanksaar- Koi baat nahi, Ragini. Tum fikar mat karo. Sab theek ho jaayega.
Ragini hugged Sanksaar and cried. He hesitantly hugged her back and caressed her hair. Few seconds later, Ragini realised what she was doing and immediately backed off. She avoided eye contact with him and went to bed crying. Sanksaar also felt embarrassed and slowly went to sleep. Next morning, Swara came to their room and locked the door. Ragini woke and got blank. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't let Swara see that she and Sanksaar slept separately. She immediately woke Sanksaar up and asked him to sleep on the other side of the bed and she herself opened the door. Swara saw Sanksaar sleeping and started teasing Ragini.
Swara- Ahem Ahem! Ragini, jiju abhi tak nahi uthe? Kya baat hain? Soye nahi kya kal raat?
Ragini- Swara, aisa kuch nahi hain. Woh bas...
Lakshya was passing by when he heard Swara's words. Her words pissed him off. He peeped inside the room and saw Sanskaar sleeping on the bed and the bed sheet slightly messed up on the other side. He mistook the situation and felt disguisted. He went from there into his room and broke everything present there. He broke all the mirrors with punches and his fist started to bleed.
Lakshya- Yeh theek nahi kiya tumne, Ragini. Yeh theek nahi kiya tumne! Meri biwi hokar mere bhai ke saath ye sab? Cheee!
He broke down, sat on his knees, yelled and then cried vigorously. After 1 hour, he got up and went to Sanskaar's room. He saw the room empty and looked around the room. He opened the drawer and found the letter Ragini had written for Sanksaar. A tear skipped his eye as he tore the note. He searched again and found a medical report. He opened it and saw Ragini's pregnancy report. He mistook the situation and thought Sanksaar was the father of Ragini's child. He went to the kitchen, held Ragini's wrist and dragged her to their room. Ragini had no clue what was going on in his mind. He threw her on the floor and closed the door but forgot to lock it. Ragini somehow managed to stand up. She was scared. She had never seen him so angry ever before. She somehow dared to speak in a shivering voice.
Ragini- Laks...
Lakshya pushed her towards the wall, pinned her against it and yelled.
Lakshya- Chup! Chup karo, samjhi? Mera naam mat lo apni iss gandi zubaan se. Sharam nahi aayi tumhe? Sharam nahi aayi mere bhai ke saath apna mooh kaala karte hue? Himmat kaise hui tumhari?

Everyone started looking at them shocked and confused.

And then, she died, leaving everyone alone and in tears. After a few months, their lives changed back to normal. Everyone started waiting for the baby's arrival. After Ragini's delivery the doctor came out and announced that she had given birth to a healthy baby girl. All the family members went inside the cabin. Lakshya picked up his angel.
Lakshya- Maine soch liya hain. Meri angel ka naam hoga Swara!
RagLak smiled at hugged each other while Lakshya still had his baby Swara in his arms.
