So we have always seen that it is mamaji who enlightens Dev about what is going on in ishwari's mind when it comes to Sona( for some reason his brain doesn't seem to work then šŸ˜• )
When he didn't inform ma about Sona ,mamaji told him and then in hospital also he was the one who told dev that his mom hasn't accepted Sona. What did dev do he just broke up without a second thought.
But then after that mamaji told dev he should not let go of her and all that. In yesterday's epsode also he told him a story to explain what is going on in ishwari's mind.

My question is when he knows her thinking is wrong why doesn't he ever tell dev that. Why doesn't he tell him that it is OK to call Sona's mom Ma. Just make sure u tell ishwari how special she is.

Atleast Dev will think in those terms. Not sure if I made sense.

You are right. Long back I posted how Mamaji tries his best to be in the good books of Iswari and Dev.He never acts like a true well wisher. On one hand he points out Iswari's faults but tells Dev how unique his mother is. He becomes the cause of Dev's break up but again persuades him for patch up. GKB is better than him as she has fixed notions and is outspoken.I always feel Mamaji's Charecter intriguing.

Ishwari ne halwa ki kasam dilayi na šŸ˜† For mamaji halwa is more pyara than helping Dev understand his Ma's issues

mamaji generally talk sensible but it comes to Dev ishwari his all sense is gone and he puts Dev ishwari relation like maa parvathi and ganesh ji. seriously what a stupidity is that. instead of giving gyan he should have directly said that your mom is feeling insecure because you called your saas as maa.so go and knock some sense in your maa thick skull. if you can't do that then go and tell your wife that stop calling ishwari as her maa.

You're right about Mamaji. He is sensible and says the right things to Ishwari and yet when it comes to expressing his views to Dev, he botches it.

But I have a question, shouldn't a grown, intelligent man like Dev be able to think in those terms without his mama having to guide him there? šŸ˜²šŸ˜”
