As for your prediction, I've always felt that Shivaay is gonna initiate the wedding. Right now what we don't know is how. But I have a strong feeling he may just end up marrying her to save her life. Cuz I literally see no other reason for him to marry her. 😳

as we all know shivaay is currently very protective and possessive about anika so this stalker game is still going on and they might try to hurt anika so shivaay will rescue and end marrying her this the only way i can guess rest of options are currently ruled out
