She's joking when she says it, but doesn't mean harm.

I'm assuming K.Jo and Twinkle have a similar relationship... it could be the possibility that other guests are too cautious about him being gay when, in fact, it's not such a big deal

EXACTLY. I hate the guy but if someone makes fun of your sexuality on national TV and force you out of the closet without your consent then that person is not your friend but your greatest enemy. Thats schoolyard bully behavior. But then again someone like him deserves such people in his life.

It's a shame that in this day and age, educated (and supposedly liberal) people like Twinkle think that it is acceptable and hilarious to mock someone for their sexuality.
