Awesome and beautiful update.👏 I am sad for Naina but the flashback brought a smile on my face and I was happy.😊 Naina and Raj are still attached no matter how much they deny the fact.😉 Naina was hurt once again when she was offered the divorce case as it was clearly evident in her voice. Raj also felt that. No matter KD and Sheetal's plan was failed due to lack of communication between RN but I know soon it will work.😉 What was wrong with Naina?😕 Why she fell silent in the court and didn't speak a word?😕 I know something is inside her which she is unable to share with anyone.😔 I hope KD will help her to make her Naina which she was. Raj k liye to easy hoga after all he is well established lawyer now.🤔 Flashback was cute and lovely and so the song.

Nice update and Raj and Naina once again met in KD's office.😊 😊 😊 😊 Raj lost once again to see Naina and her infectious smile. Both of them were not aware about being called together.😉

Whenever Raj sees Naina smiling he always fell in love with her. He just loves her smile and he was lost in past memories where her smile used to start his day. The song suits the situation perfectly.👏 Saathiya...we love this movie and it's all songs were so melodious..

Part 5:-

Aie Dil Hai Mushkil

Naina lowered her gaze. "Naina did Raj say something to you?" she was still silent. "Naina aise chup rehne se kya hoga?"

Finally Naina thought to answer, "No sir Raj ne mujh se kuch nahi kaha."

"To fir..."

"Sir...mujhe...mujhe..", she closed her eyes, "apna divorce case yaad aa gaya tha.." KD looked at Naina. He could clearly understand the tension at her face. He thought to cheer her mood and wanted her to forget her past and get a fresh start.

In another chamber in court:-

"Vaah Rajveer jee aap ne to kamal kar diya. Mujhe ab samajh me aaya KD bhai ne aap ko kyoun suggest kiya tha mujhe."

Rajveer smiled, "Aisa kuch nahi hai Mohan jee. Mai kitna bhi bada ban jaaon par sir jaisa nahi ban sakta. Guru humesha guru hi hota hai."

"Ye to aap ki soch hai varna aaj kal kaun ye sab baatein yaad rakhta hai. Thank you Rajveer jee...mujhe pata tha itna asaan nahi hoga in logon ko harana par jis tarah se aap ne is me meri help ki aur aaj mujhe stay dila diya us k liye tahe dil se shukriya."

"Mohan jee ye mera kaam hai jo maine haath me liya hai. Par ab aap ko thoda alert rehna hoga. Jaisa ki maine court me kaha ki ho sakta hai in any way they can try to blackmail you, threaten you and your family but you have to be strong."

"Mujhe ehsaas tha is baat ka. Tabhi maine aap k kehne se pehle bodyguard and ek security gurad higher kar liye hain.Isn't it enough ki aur kuch bhi karna hoga?"

"Nahi bus un se hi kaam nahi chalega. Maine aap ki police security k liye aaj application de di hai and as per judges order aap ko security mil jayegi par ek baat ka khyal rakhiyega. I think aap ki family k liye aap personal protection higher kar lijiye and police protection will be for you. Har choti se choti baat is case se related mujhe pata honi chahiye. I mean vo kuch bhi kare aap proof bhi rakhiyega and inform me." He reached in his chamber. He saw some of his fellow lawyers sitting there and he must have been waiting for him.

Seeing him there they got up and congratulated him, "Well done Raj you again did a fantastic job. Raghav Shetty k construction ko illegal sabit kara diya tum ne aur is land ka asli malik Mohan jee ko proof kar diya."

"Thank you." He replied smiling.

"Sach me Raj, itne bade aadmi ko ek hi baar me harana vo bhi us se bina dare asaan nahi hai."

"I know par jahan se dar khatam hota hai vahan se Rajveer start hota hai na?" his friend Shekhar Randhawa said.

"Bus kariye aap sab. Aap log bhi na..."

"Nahi Rajveer this was awesome...aur vahan ek lawyer hai jis ne defense k liye ek word bhi nahi bola aaj." Rajveer was curious to know that.

"Kis k bare me baat kar rahe hain aap log?" Shekhar knew what was coming, he said, "Rehne dijiye na aap log jaane dijiye. Kisi k baare me is tarah baat karne ki koi jaroorat nahi hai."

"Are kaise rehne dein? Par mujhe samajh me nahi aaya achanak se Naina ko hua kya tha?" One of them said.

Raj was surprised to listen the name and he was paying more attention now. His eyes have a few questions with Shekhar and now he understood why Shekhar didn't want to discuss about this.

"Rajveer tum ko challenge kiya na us ne ek case me yaad hai? Ab dekha kya hua? Vo case to hara hi us ne us k baad se us ko aadat ho jani chahiye ab. Mujhe to lagta hai ki Naina ko ab koi aur kaam karna chahiye. This is not for her."

"Aur kya, case lene se pehle dekh to lena chahiye ki case me kitna dum hai?"

Another said, "Dum to chodo un logon ko bhi sochna chahiye na ki aakhir unhone kis lawyer ko hier kiya hai. Jis ne last three years se court ki shakal nahi dekhi ho vo kya case ladegi?"

It enraged Rajveer but somehow he tried to control his anger. Shekhar sensed his anger he tried to change the topic once again, "Are aap log bhi kahan ye sab baatein le baithe. Chaliye aaj Raj ki success ki koi treat nahi chahiye aap logon ko?"

"Koi treat nahi hogi aaj." Raj announced.

Everyone looked at him surprisingly as he was always known celebrating his success and enjoying every bit of it.

Shekhar covered it up, "Oh...yaad aaya aaj to Raj ki ek important meeting hai." Than turning to Raj he said, "Haan tujhe jana hoga na Raj...chaliye hum sab chalte hain baad me Raj se treat le lenge." He said and all of them left but Shekhar excused himself knowing very well that Raj would need him this time. He came back to his chamber and Raj looked at him with explanations he wanted.

"Kya sun na chahta hai tu?" He asked.

"Kya hua tha aaj?"

"Direct nahi pooch sakta Naina ko kya hua hai?"

"Jo hua hai vo bata." Shekhar shook his head in disappointment. Soon he narrated all the incident not knowing what was the actual reason behind Naina's behavior. Raj was thinking something and somewhere deep inside his heart ached for Naina.

Back to KD and Naina:-

"Naina...I know kuch baatein aise hai jo insaan chahte hue bhi bhool nahi sakta par I think let the bygones be bygones and now it's time to do a fresh start."

Naina looked at KD and tried to smile between her sadness and tears, "I am sorry sir, I know I disappointed you a lot but mai..."

"I know you can do it and don't you dare to say what I don't like to listen."

Naina smiled again, "Matlab aap ko abhi bhi lagta hai ki I can win this lost battle."

KD smiled in return and said, "Naina tum janti ho bahut sari ladaiyan pehle baar haar jane walon ne hi jeeti hain. I trust you Naina."

KD's last sentence reminded her of Raj. "I believe you Naina...I completely trust you my Naina ah Singh" and it made her eyes teary.

How can she forget the moments whenever she felt that she can't do anything and her strength of fighting has been finished he encouraged her and supported her. She was lost in her thoughts and KD noticed it and didn't disturb her.

Here Raj's mind was engrossed in Naina's thoughts. He could almost feel and imagine her sitting in that empty court room with her head lowering. He himself didn't know but he felt that he is responsible for Naina's condition.

Someone entered in his chamber not feeling the need to knock or taking any permission. "Hey Raj baby..." This was enough to bring him out of his thoughts and he was not happy to see the person standing in front of him. She was none other than Dr. Ritu Mishra. "Ritu tum yahan?"

"Yes...I was free after my work and was passing from here so thought to meet you." She said. She found Shekhar standing there and said, "Hey hi Shekhar."

"Hello Ritu," and he turned towards Raj and said, "Excuse me Raj I think I should meet you later." And he left.

"So how was your day?" she asked casually.

"Just fine." He replied still lost in his thoughts.

Ritu noticed him and his expressions, "Raj you seem lost and thinking something deep."

"Yes...ahhh actually I was thinking over some case."

"Oho Raj baby come on leave this. Chalo na kahin chalte hain lunch pe. I am sure you didn't had your dinner?" she asked and Raj nodded his head in affirmation. "So chalo kahin bahar chalte hain na." she suggested.

One of Raj's colleague entered in his chamber and said, "Oye hoye Raj yaara congratulations, once again you did it."

"Thanks Sodhi jee." Raj replied not showing much excitement.

"Oye aise na...you should give a treat to us." He demanded.

"Some other day Sodhi jee." Raj tried to postpone it.

"Na oye, aaj ka aaj celebration hoga chahe tu canteen me hi de de party."

"Great plan Raj, I think you should give them treat." Sodhi jee now looked at Ritu and said, "Oh jee, aap ki tareef. Vaise jitney ki jaye kam hai fir bhi."

Ritu smiled and said, "I am Ritu Mishra, Raj's fiance."

"Oh.." Sodhi jee looked at Raj and said, "Badi khushi hue jee aap se mil kar."

"Now Raj chalo na, please don't make an excuse." Ritu said almost pleading her and Raj had to agree as he has no option left. They all went in to canteen and ordered some food when a few of them joined them as well. He called Shekhar there as well.

Naina walked away from KD's office lost in her thoughts and KD didn't stop her as he knew she just need sometime alone. She just walked in to the canteen which was not over crowded as it was now late afternoon and most of the lawyers and clients were busy in their chambers. She didn't notice Raj seated in front of her. She just closed her eyes and thought for something when someone's gaze fell on her.

He was lost seeing her. Her face reminded him all her pain. She looked sad and in pain. He wanted to help her but he knew he can't. She will never accept his help. If she would ever know about him helping in any possible way her anger will overpower her and she will kick him off.

Naina was again thinking about Raj and the sweet memories whenever Raj helped her. He always make her smile no matter how fallen her mood had been many times. "Naina chodo na us ko dekho what I brought for you." And he used to make her smile with her favourite ice cream.

Inaam hai mera

"You gave me so much pain Raj, kabhi nahi socha tha ki apna past soch k mai itne weak ho jaoongi ki KD sir hi nahi balki apne client ko bhi disappoint kar doongi. In one moment I miss you and in another moment I hate you." She talked to herself.

Raj's gaze was fixed on her. Ritu was seated beside her but his full attention was fixed over Naina's face. Her tension didn't let his mind peace for a single moment. "Kya karoon mai ki Naina ko fir se smile karte hue dekhoon?"

Toh aasmaan mein aa mil
Tere bina guzaara
Aie dil hai mushkil

"Raj...Raj..." Ritu called her many times and this time he came out of his terrance.

"Ummm yeah..."

"Kahan khoye hue ho? I am calling you from so long."

"Nahi...I was just...busy..."and his eyes again fell on Naina when he saw some unpleasant scenario. Ye yahan kya kar raha hai?' he thought.

Here Naina was lost when Abhijeet came to her. "Hi.." and she opened her eyes.

"Hello..aap yahan kaise?" she responded.

"I came here for one of case of our company and I was just going when I saw you sitting all alone and busy in deep thought. I thought to disturb you. I hope you don't mind." He asked.

Naina smiled in return and it made Raj irritated. How can she smile at him? What he said which made her smile.'

Maana ki teri maujoodgi se

Jeene ka koi dooja tareeka
Na mere dil ko maloom hai

"So how are you?"

"Fine.."

"Hmmm...so you are a true lawyer...I mean liear..."

"Excuse me."

"Yes aur kya? If everything would have been fine than you would not have been sitting here all alone lost." He said.

"Are you a mind reader?" she asked.

"No...but you can say I am a face reader. I can read expressions very well." He winked.

Naina smiled again and now Raj was more curious to know that what was going on there.

Mohtaj manzil ka toh nahi hai

"So never try to lie with me."

She said, "Now I think I should not." She gave a big smile.

"So tell me what's the problem?" He asked.

Naina took a deep breath and narrated the whole incident. Abhijeet just kept on listening him and said, "It happens Naina, sometimes our mind stucks but it doesn't mean that you should stop trying. You should always try with all your confidence. I know you will make it next time."

Naina looked at him and asked, "Really?"

"Off course you will...I trust you..." and this word faded her smile once again which didn't go unnoticed by Raj.

Khoobsurat hain manzil se bhi
Meri har kami ko hai tu laazmi

"Don't..." she said, "Don't use this word." She said.

"Which word?" Abhi was confused.

Naina controlled herself and calmed herself. "Nah...nothing..."

"No..I think you didn't like something I said na?" he asked.

"No..it's fine.." and she looked away and her eyes met with his.

Adhoora hoke bhi hai ishq mera kaamil
Tere bina guzara ae dil hai mushkil

They were lost in each other's eyes. Naina could feel a lot of emotions in his eyes. Her mind never wants to face him but her heart always betrays her. Both were lost in totally other's eyes when Ritu interrupted them.

"Raj what's wrong with you? Mai dekh rahi hoon tumhara dhyaan hi nahi hai mai kya keh rahi hoon us par." Raj came out of his world and looked at Naina. Naina didn't like Ritu with him and she knew that now Ritu has full opportunity to come close which she always wanted. She got married with someone four years ago but still she always showed interest in Raj. She got divorced after six months of marriage. Raj's friend Shekhar took her case and she won the case. Later Naina found out the whole fact that she was at fault not her husband. Till today she wonders why they got separated as she couldn't know the real reason of her separation. Naina shifted her gaze from Raj to Abhijeet as now anger was evident in her eyes and she was unable to hide it. Raj on the other hand was not happy about Abhijeet as well.

"No I am listening..." he replied turning to Ritu.

"So tell me what did I say?"

Raj shook his head as he couldn't listen what she said. "Sorry." He replied feeling unhappy on his act.

"Dekha I told you na ki you are not listening to me." She complained.

"Sorry Ritu, ok say again please."

"I was saying that let's get engage soon." It came as shock to Raj who never expected this to happen. Naina who was not that far from their table heard her and don't know what made her furious.

She got up from her table and was about to leave when Abhi called her. "Kya hua Naina all of a sudden?"

"No nothing but I think I am not supposed to be here." She said rudely.

"Did I do anything wrong?" he asked confusingly.

"No," she tried to behave softly with him and turning to him she said, "I think we must leave from here.

"Are but kyoun?"

"Bus chalna hai to chalo varna I don't want to be here." She was about to leave when Abhi said,"Ok ok I am coming with you."

Interesting update and thanks for updating. Raj was unable to listen anything against Naina. No matter how sour their relationship has become but they still have soft feelings for each other.
