Again a big sorry for late reply as you know I'm always slow with replies. I just love this song and u used it as tittle of this part is good.👏 Naina and Rajveer both are watching each other and Raj is getting jealous with Reyansh's brother Abhi?😉 Why is he so insecure when he has given divorce to her?😔 Why he wanted to save Naina from darkness?😒 He knew that she is scared from dark and he was quick to save her 😉 but I like the way Naina gave him a pay back as he deserve that.I am sure kahin na kahin is poore matter me Raj ki hi galti hogi.🤔 The flashback was so beautiful and I love the moment and chemistry wherever they are together. Kria ko everyone was teasing about Rey and here Sheetal jee making Naina meet Abhi 😛 and I think Abhi's mom would love Naina na? 😆Good that she was dropped by him nice guy I must say. Naina has reached finally home and her parents were happy to see her here. 😃 Continue soon.

Naina and Raj were unable to take their eyes off from each other no matter how much they show that they hate each other.

Raj still loves her but don't know why they got separated. I just love the convo of Naina with Alekh. Noops come to have a check on him but when she found Naina she was relaxed.

Poor Alekh kya haal kar diya hai Noops ne us ka? Alekh knew that something is bothering her and she told that she met Rajveer.

Alekh even called Raj and they talked but he didn't mention about Naina anything. I liked the song you chose as tittle which fitted the situation.

Abhi dropped Naina home and I am sure Raj must have got jealous with Abhi. I like Kria and Rey's chemistry.

Everyone noticing their bond but they themselves ignore it. Naina is scared of dark and Raj wanted to protect her but Naina refused to take his help.

I am sure something very big must have happened in past which made Naina's feelings sour for Raj.

Saathiya

Next day:-

"Good morning Naina."

"Good morning sir, all is well na? Aap ne itne subah call kiya?" she was curios and confused that why he called her so early.

"All is well Naina nothing to worry. I have something important to say."

"Jee kahiye." It was KD who called Naina.

"Naina I want u to meet me sharp at 10:30 am in my office, can u come?"

"Are sir kaise baat kar rahe hain aap? Mai kabhi aap ko mana kar sakti hoon? Aap bus order kijiye sir."

"I knew that. Ok meet u at my office."

KD smiled and again dialed a number, "Hello."

"Gud morning sir."

"Gud morning Raj.Can u come to my office at sharp 10:30 a.m.?"

"Sure sir."

"But aaj to tumhara koi case tha na morning me?" KD asked confusingly.

Raj felt offended, "No sir actually I mistook hearing is not today it's on tomorrow."

KD smiled as he was his boss once and Raj has worked under him so he know him so well and can easily sense that Raj was lying yesterday, "Ok than be here on time."

Raj felt relived. "Aaj to mar gaya tha tu Raj, itna jhooth bhi mat bola kar ki pakda jaye. Chal ab uth fata fat ready ho ja u know na KD sir ko late aane waale bilkul bhi nahi pasand hain.'

He got ready and went to KD's office very quickly. Everyone greeted him when he reached his office. Most of the people know him there. He was told to wait and he was seated in KD's cabin when someone joined him there. The sight in front of his eyes mesmerized him. She was smiling at someone and her smile took all his attention. He always loved to see her smiling. Naina yahan...' He found her standing at reception.His thoughts and his mind bought back many memories.

Saathiya... saathiya

The smile which used to start his day.

Flashback:-

She stirred in her sleep as it was her time to get up. "Good morning." He said giving her a quick peck.

"Good morning. Tum ko kaise pata chal jata hai Raj ki mai uthne waali hoon."

"This is called love meri jaan." He said hugging her waist.

Hasatee rahe tu hasatee rahe,
haya kee laalee khilatee rahe
Julf ke niche gardan pe
subaho shaam milatee rahe

"Tum aur tumhara love. Chalo utho mujhe bahut se kaam karne hain."

"Oho...tumhare kaam to kabhi khatam hi nahi hote. Aaj bus romance ka mood hai please no kaam." He insisted.

"Aisa koi din bataiye janab jab aap ka mood nahi bana hota hai romance ka?" she asked smiling.

"Koi din nahi." He said and again pulled her in hug romancing with full passion.

Hasatee rahe tu hasatee rahe,
haya kee laalee khilatee rahe
Julf ke niche gardan pe

Sondhee see hansee teree,
khilatee rahe milatee rahe

They were breathless after half an hour when Raj hugged her tight from waist and kissing her shoulders said,"Oh Naina you don't understand, ye tumhari killer smile hai na? Is ko dekh k hi meri morning hoti hai. Agar kisi din tum saamne nahi hoti na apni is smile k saath to mera man karta hai bus sota rahoon jab tak tab tak tumhari smile dekh kar meri subah na ho jaye." He said dreaming and looking at her.

"Don't imagine mai aap k saamne hi hoon aur humesha rahoongi."

"Pakka promise...?" He asked.

"Pakka promise.." and he again pulled her towards him capturing her sweet lips into a deep passionate kiss.

Flashback over

She was at the reception talking to Pooja the receptionist in her as usual infectious smile. Her eyes suddenly fell on him and she was shocked to see him there. Ye yahan kya kar raha hai?' She couldn't think more as KD called her inside. Pooja was about to tell her that where she has to go she responded, "I know Pooja." And left. When she entered inside she found Rajveer already standing there watching her entering inside. Their eyes met and both of them didn't even blink their eyes for a long time staring at each other in to their eyes. Her yellow dress reminded him something.

Pilee dhup pahan ke tum dekho baag me mat jaana
Bhanware tumko sab chhedenge phulo me mat jaana
Maddham maddham hans de phir se,
sona sona phir se hans de

"Here both of you are. Welcome Rajveer..welcome Naina.." KD interrupted their staring session.

"Good morning sir." They both said unison feeling awkward.

"Good morning take your seats." He said and both took their seats silently.

KD continued, "First of all congrats Raj tum ne apne aap ko ek bahut accha lawyer prove kar diya hai and I feel proud to be your mentor."

Naina wasn't interested in listening praises of Rajveer and so she didn't give any reactions.

Rajveer smiled, "Thank yor sir aap se hi seekha hai sab."

KD also smiled, "Vo baat to hai Rajveer but ek teacher bahut saare bacchon ko teach karta hai par har baccha accha nahi nikalta hai itna hi. Ye tumhara apna bhi talent hai jo har baar tum prove kar dete ho."

Naina was feeling bored. KD was noticing her expressions very well. But one thing he noticed was she was stealing glances of him occasionally and so as Rajveer. It gave KD a relax. Without wasting much time he turned to Naina and asked, "Naina welcome back in India. Good to see you here back in my office and I'm thankful ki mere kehne pe tum yahan vapas milne aayi."

"Sir ye kya keh rahe hain aap? Aap mere mentor hi nahi hai mere bade bhi hain aur aap kabhi mujh se request mat kariyega. Aap ko hak hai mujhe order karne ka." She said smiling.

'Typical Naina Singh' Raj thought.

"Pata hai Naina tumhari yahi baat hai jo tum ko baaki logon se alag karti hai." KD said.

"To sir bataiye hume yahan ek saath bulane ka koi khas maksad?" It was Raj who asked giving Naina a stare.

KD smiled, "Raj tumhari aadat nahi badli abhi tak. You ask direct questions without wasting time." Taking a pause he continued, "Ek case tha jis par tum dono se kuch discuss karna tha."

"Sir I think aap kuch hi itne experienced hain ki mai kya keh sakta hoon is baare me?"

KD gave a small smile, "I know mera experience hai but you know ye koi aam case nahi hai khas case hai. Ye ek divorce case hai."

A silence fell but Rajveer continued after taking a few minutes, "Sir aap jante hain ki mai divorce cases nahi leta."

"Mujhe pata hai Rajveer and Naina tum?"

"Sir jis k apne rishte khud toote ho vo kisi k toote rishte ko humesha jodna chahega." She said and pain was clearly evident in her voice which somewhere touched and hurt Rajveer.

"I know Naina...but kya tum ye case lena chahogi?"

"Pata nahi sir par abhi..."

"This is right time to start your carrier Naina. Tum ne itne higher degree li hai ab nahi to kab?"

"As you say sir." She agreed to take the case.

He now turned to Rajveer, "Rajveer...mai chahta hoon mera ek bahut important case lado. Mere pass time nahi hai aur ye case mere he ek relative ka hai. As you know mai apne relatives ka case nahi leta."

"Sir kaisa case hai?"

"Property case hai. City k one of the top politician Madhav Shetty k bte k against."

Raj was curious to know about the case, "Ye to kaafi bada naam hai Sir. Mafiya King and saare illegal works ka."

"I know Rajveer. Jitna bada naam utna serious matter and khatra. Trust me agar ye mera rule nahi hota to mai ye case khud ladta."

"It's completely fine sir I don't care about and risk and danger." He thought for a moment, "Sir is land ka location kya hai?"

"Highway...you know Mumbai Pune Highway." Rajveer again thought for a second as if trying to remember something, "I think abhi kuch din pehle newspaper me ye news aayi thi ki Raghav Shetty Pune Mumbai Highway pe koi Mall banwana chahta hai ye shayad vahi hai na?"

KD smiled as he was always impressed with Raj's sharp memory, "Absolutely right."

"Land k original papers hain aap k relative k naam k un k pass..", he paused, "What's his name?"

"Mohan Bhardwaj ."

"Yes Mr. Mohan k pass?" "Bilkul...agar aisa nahi hota to trust me mai tum ko ye case kabhi lene ko kehta hi nahi."

"Fine than, aap un se keh dijiye ki vo mere office aa kar mujh se kabhi bhi mil sakte hain."

"Great than..one of my problem is solved," than he turned to Naina, "So Naina when should I call that couple?"

"Couple? Couple kaise? I mean divorce case dono me se ek ne file kiya hoga na sir to mai abhi us se hi miloongi na jo humare pass aaya hai." She said.

KD smiled again, "Divorce husband dena chahta hai."

"As usual..men never understand the problem of gals. For them it's easy to give divorce vo bhi kisi bhi small reason ki vajah se. Mostly when there big fat ego gets hurt."

KD knew where she indicated and it hit the target, "I think I should take your leave sir." Raj said getting up.

"Are itne jaldi?" KD asked knowing perfectly the reason. "Sir ek meeting k liye client aane waala hai thodi der me so it's better to leave otherwise I will be late."

"Fine than Rajveer mai Mohan ko bol deta hoon he will meet you tomorrow."

"Sure sir. Bye."

"Bye Raj." He said and taking a look at Naina Raj left. KD now looked at Naina. "Naina...control your emotions. Jo hua us ko bhool jao and ek fresh start karo."

Naina made a sad face, "Itna asaan nahi hai bhoolna sir. Vo bhi tab jab ye aas pass ho.."

"I know, but you know na ki is tarah se tum apne aap ko aur hurt kar rahi ho."

"Kya fark padta hai sir? Kaun yahan mere hurt hone se dukhi ho raha hai."

"Naina...you know Raj sach kehta hai tum ko samjhana bahut mushkil hota hai kabhi kabhi."

Naina gave a scarstic smile. "Us ko abhi bhi mere baare me baat kyoun karni hoti hai?"

KD was really sad, "Naina jane do filhal let's concentrate over the case. I give you all details."

Back to Rajveer who came out from KD's office in anger and Naina's words were still echoing in his mind, As usual..men never understand the problem of gals. For them it's easy to give divorce vo bhi kisi bhi small reason ki vajah se. Mostly when there big fat ego gets hurt' "Samjhti kya hai apne ko Naina? Akele mera decision tha kya divorce ka? Vo bhi to yahi chahti thi. Ab baar baar...damn it..."he was damn angry with Naina and don't want to meet her again.

Sheetal called KD, "Kya hua humare plan ka?"

"Kuch nahi Sheetal. Koi fayda nahi hua."

"I know Raj ka ego bahut bada hai aur Naina ka gussa us se bhi bada. But galti Raj ki hi thi." Sheetal said disappointed.

"I know..but mushkil hai ye.."

"You never know KD what future holds for us."

"I wish kabhi vo fir se ek ho jaayein. Maine un dono ki aakhon me abhi bhi ek doosre k liye pyaar dekha hai."

"Kal party me un dono ko ek saath dekhne k baad mera bhi yahi opinion tha tabhi maine aaj aap ko un dono ko milane ko kaha tha na?"

"Yes aur hum apne her highness ka order kaise taal sakte hain to hum ne koshish ki."

Sheetal smiled, "Pata hai KD mujhe abhi bhi lagta hai ye dono jaldi hi saath honge no matter they accept it or not."

"I too hope so."

Few days later:-

"Welcome Naina."

"Thank you sir."

"Nervous?" KD asked.

"Yes sir, kaafi dino baad fir se ek case ladne ja rahi hoon that too a divorce case." She said. "Naina it's fine. Hum lawyers hain aur humara kaam hai na case ladna no matter kis type k case ho."

"I know sir but mujhe lagta hai mere personal background ko dhyan rakh kar hi aap ne mere liye ye case select kiya hai." She says.

"Naina..." KD was hurt and disappointed.

"No sir don't take it otherwise I didn't mean that. Pata hai mai samajh rahi hoon is case ki help se shayad mere andar ka saara frustration bahar aa jaye."

"Naina...tum mujhe kaafi acche se samajh leti ho na? I think abhi tak us couple se mil kar tum ko samajh aa hi gaya hoga ki galti us ladke ki hi hai."

"Tabhi to maine kaha." Few hours later both were in their office.

"Naina what's wrong with you?"Naina was silent. "Mujhe bataogi kya baat hai?"She was still silent when someone knocked at the door.

"Come in." KD said.

A lady of nearly twenty seven enters into the room and asks KD directly, "How can you do this to me?"

"Excuse me."

"Aap jante hain mere pati ne mujhe divorce dene ka decision kyoun liya hai? Maine aap logon ko sab kuch sach sach bata diya fir bhi aaj...aaj aap ki ye lawyer opposition k lawyer k saamne ek word bhi nahi bol payi...mai kehti hoon aap ne kya soch kar in ko ye case ladne k liye diya hai?" Naina was silent knowing very well it's her mistake.

Flashback;-

Court's procedure started with the entry of Judge. "Aaj ka case bahut seedha hai You Honour Mr. Vijay wants to divorce Mrs. Alka . Un ka kehna hai ki un ki wife ka na sirf character gadbad hai balki vo un k parivaar ko bhi bahut pareshaan karti hai. Is baat k solid proof bhi hain in k pass." And he showed some pictures to the court. "In sabooton k aage kuch kehne ki jaroorat hi nahi reh jati."

"Aap kuch kehna chahengi Ms. Naina is baare me?" They gave him a few minutes to respond but when she was unable to say anything prosecution responded.

"My lord defense k pass kehne layak kuch hai hi nahi. I don't think humare proof k aage in k kehne k liye kuch bachta hai. I think aap ko aaj hi is case ka judgment suna dena chahiye."

Naina was damn nervous. This courtroom reminded her many things which she wanted to forget. Her presence there making her feel restless and her hands were almost shaking. The judge knew Naina and she spotted her nervousness, "Naina Singh...you are fine?" She couldn't answer.

"I think aap ki health condition dekh k mujhe lagta hai ki aap ko filhal rest ki jaroorat hai."

She could just spoke these words, "My lord...I...I request you to ...please...please give ...me some...time..." her voice was almost shaking and she was sweating profusely.

"Request granted...aap ki halat dekhte hue court aap k is case ko one week baad ki date deti hai. I think that will be fine with you."

Flashback over

KD looked at Naina. He knew that there is something which is bothering her that's why she behaved like this otherwise she couldn't do it. "Naina are you ok?" Naina looked at KD and nodded. KD turned at his client, "Alka jee I really am sorry for inconvience. Please don't worry we will take care of that in next hearing."

"Are you sure Mr. KD?" she said glaring at Naina.

"You don't worry, maine aap ka case liya hai aap ko pareshaan hone ki jaroorat nahi hai. Mai jaldi hi aap ko inform karoonga is baare me."

"Fine Mr. KD if you say so." After sometime when she left KD looked at Naina, "Naina are you feeling better now?"

"Yes sir." She answered, "I am really sorry."

"Kis liye?"

"Sir meri vajah se aap ko...kitna sharminda hona pade Alka jee k saamne."

KD looked at Naina, "Naina..you don't need to say sorry. I can clearly understand itne din baad court me jaane par thoda nervous hona obvious hai. I don't expect you to be perfect always." Naina looked at him. He continued, "Mai bhi perfect nahi hoon."

She smiled at him, "Thank you sir."

KD smiled back, "No need to thank me but now tell me fast what was wrong with you? You never behaved in this way. You never lost confidence unless it is...Rajveer...?" He paused at that looking at Naina to answer.
