Look at the pic her hand was in his mouth she actually fed him and there was rice in dd hands too...quite a natural realistic scene and in other Rishbala feeding scenes too drashti used her own hands to feed vd no body double was used and it is mostly used in the so called romantic scenes of other shows actors do not use their own hand if they have to feed through hands...but here she was feeding him real only.and vd too in othat episode used his own hand to feed ...look .drashti hands are literally in vd mouth in the pic...no camera angle
