rerun?plz see

hey guys...i m sorry for this post but i think sumwhere on this forum i read tht kyph is being rerun due to some petitions...is it right can sumone plz tell me?or was tht person talking about past wen it was rerun in may...can someone plz confirm...i cant find tht topic now..i desperately want to know
