Yes her father Has recently been promoted to being the V Admiral , the navy has allotted the quarters to him .. it's a defence area n the Qtrs is there .. they were else whr before.

Lutyens bunglow's in delhi are not allowed much change from outside so as to maintain beautiful look of that area...on nikita's instragram pic whenever she clicks pictures from her home place comes as janpath and people living in delhi/india know that congress president sonia gandhis address is 10Janpath so i am sure her parental home is in luytens delhi.
