ishita and raman are sitting in the mandap with different thoughts in their mind and different expressions on their faces
raman is with no any expression while ishita is blushing profusely why not,after all she is getting married to the man of her dreams whom she loved and imagined as her husband from her childhood.
all she could think is of her future with her handsome husband and get exited
after their marriage,toshiji took ishita along with her to introduce ishita to their business associates and other family members as ishra marriage was held in a hurry.ishita wanted to spend time with her husband,but to her bad luck she had to accompany her MIL
she thought atleast raman would be with her,she was looking continuously at the door to see if he would come,but he never came.though she was disappointed,she convinced herself that he might be busy.
after meeting everone,ishita went back to her no no now their room which is decorated for their first night,feeling nervous for her special night.she sat on the bed and was having different feelings like what she should do when he enters into he room,what should she talk first as both didn't talk anything with each other from the time they met.
their marriage was held in a hurry that they couldn't get time for each other and on top of that,raman had been always busy in his laptop or mobile.
she revised all those instructions which her amma gave her before sending her to the room like she had to take his blessings blah blah blah...
ishita sat on the bed folding her knees to her chest and slightly leaned towards the headrest and started remembering her past from when she used to love raman

bhallas and iyers are neighbours as both mr.iyer and mr.bhalla used to work in the same company in almost equal posts,ishra are the best of friends,they used to play each other,eat each other,sleep each other.ishita used to follow raman in whatever work he does.raman used to direct her in whatever she does,and also help her in her studies as he is 5 years elder to her.their parents decided to marry each other when they grow up.in thst way,they can also be relatives.
but everythig changed when iyers had to go back to chennai because of some health problems of appa's mother and papaji too started a new business leaving the company.
initially ishita used to cry a lot as she got separated from her best friend and used to be sad and moody.they used to make raman talk with ishita as only he can control her,slowly ishita too got independent of raman,but never forgot him as always her parents used to say that she would get married to her raman soon if she completes her education soon.
so,always she used to think dream about raman,though he never called her after he went to hostel for higher studies.to be precise,they never met after that.
now she is 20 years old and is studying her MBBS course,dreaming of getting married to her raman in a grand way.
just 3 days back,suddenly bhallas came to chennai and said that ishra should be married in 3 days and the preparations started.they got engaged the same evening and held sangeet and mehandi the next day,and married the following day.ishra were busy in rituals and when they got a little time,either family used to surrender them or raman would be busy.
the only talk they had after many years is "hai,how are you????"

ishita was waiting for raman when she heard the click of handle of door.she sat nervously on the bed not knowing how to react.just then,he felt a pair of hands removing her veil.she downcasted her eyes unable to meet his gaze and raman lifted her face keeping his fingers under her chin.both looked at each other and shared a beautiful eye lock.raman slowly bent forward and kissed her forehead with all his love mouthing I LOVE YOU ISHITA and she closed her eyes feeling the moment
she couldn't believe her ears as she was dying to hear this since a long time.it is as if she got an ice cream in a sunny desert.she felt happy that all her wait came to an end with this.she opened her eyes sensing no moment from him only to see that it was already morning and she was all alone in the bed,and slept in sitting position itself resting her head on the headrest.she searched the whole room for raman but again disappointment embraced her not finding any trace of him
she immediately got up and freshened up herself and went downstairs only to see all her things being packed.she looked around but again didn't find raman.
seeing this simmi,her SIL started her teasing session.she went to ishita and crossed her arms around her shoulders from backwards and rested her chin on ishita's shoulder

ishita downcasted her eyes and her cheeks got coloured up
Si oh ho...your cheeks are just like apple.i feel like eating them.oh how can i????i forgot,its rightfully bhai's right???
this only added to the colour of her already blushing cheeks

To just now i too got a call that he left for delhi yesterday itself as there is an important meeting.so we will also be going soon
ishita got really disappointed hearing this as she was waiting for him,but he didn't even care to inform.but she consoled herself thinking it must be really busy
then,she looked at her parents who were sad all the time as her one and only daughter who is the apple of their eyes is going forever leaving them
Am you have to go to delhi today itself kanna.be ready
and she couldn't speak more owing to her tears,but appa opened his arms for his princess for which ishita ran readily
I i don't want to go leaving you appa.i will miss you a lot
Ap don't cry my princess.appa will also miss you.i am trying to shift everything there,so that i can also come to delhi soon and be with my princess

ishita ran and hugged her amma and cried loudly

Am of course ishu kanna,we will come soon.but you remember one thing.you are not alone there,santoshi will look after you like her own daughter,and om bhai will love you like your appa,ypu got romi and simmi as your brother and sister too.so,you will easily forget us.if yoy get any problem which you can't share with anyone just believe in your love,everything is going to be fine okay???
ishita heard everything like an obedient kid and then toshiji caressed her hairs stating that they are getting late for the fliet
after an emotional bidaai,finally ishita left to delhi to start her new life
she expected raman to atleast be there to receive her,but this time too she is not so lucky for that to happen.though she is disappointed a lot,she controlled it and plastered a smile on her face.
To ishu puttar,go and rest for a while,i am sorry on behalf of raman.he is busy in some contract and hence very busy these days.don't feel bad okay
and she planted a kiss on her forehead caressing her hairs.ishita just nodded her head with a smile on her face
To evening bhallaji will take you to your new college.we completed all the formalities,you can continue your studies as usual.after all i wanted to see my dear daughter as a doctor soon.i will tell neelu to arrange your stuff in raman's room.you take rest.okay???
simmi took ishita to her room not before showing her all the rooms.ishita changed into her kurti and leggings and finally laid down in her new lavish bed room abd soon sleep took over her owing to her tiredness.
at evening she woke up and served tea and snacks which was prepared by neelu to everyone
To tomorrow,i will let you start doing work in kitchen after completing the ritual.today you must be tired naa????
ishita just smiled and nodded her head.she is still getting habituated to this new environment,though she dreamt of getting married to raman,its been many years since she talked with them as she was hell busy in her studies,only their parents used to be in touch and she used to talk ocassionally
later evening she went along with her papaji and completed all the formalities and they told that she can join after 2 days.that night they all had a great time and as usual raman is missing,romi who was abroad and couldn't come to the marriage marked his grand arrival.all are happy to have romi back and ishita too bonded well with him
2 more days passed like this.in home simmi used to help her in everything.they used to cook together,do all the household works together,just like sisters,and in evening romi would take both simmi and ishita out.he used to take her to a lot of places,made her familiar with book shops as he knew ishita reads a lots of books.three used to go to park,ice cream parlours,together and pamper ishita a lot.
they do all this so that she won't feel lonely.but ishita is still hiding the sadness in herself.
next, she started going to her college,romi used to drop her daily and pick her.many nights she used to sleep late to see is raman will come,but to her disappointment she would sleep on the couch itself,but would be on the bed the next morning,which indicted that raman made her sleep there.
when she wakes up in night,she finds raman on the other side of bed in a deep sleep.she just caress her hairs and plants a kiss on his forehead and sleep again
its been almost 1 month since their marriage and till now she didn't talk with raman at all.one night she was hell determined to stop this hide and seek game of raman.so,she kept alarm for every 15 minutes and started watching movie,to kill her sleep and time.but,owing to her tiresome day,she fell asleep.
on the other side,in senior bhallas bedroom,raman is arguing furiously with his parents
Pa why are you doing this to her raman????for god's sake,she is your wife
To yes puttar,its been 1 month.you didn't even talk with her
Ra i am busy maa,after it gets finished i will spend a lot of time with her maa

after a lot of arguments,finally raman shouted
Ra i have already told you,i don't want to get married and i don't have the word love in my life.but you people made me marry her forcefully.she is only DIL of this house but never my wife
papaji was about to hit him,but stopped in mid seeing ishita at the door steps with tears filled in her eyes and holding the door for the support
