in today's epi shown a girl are injured by Om's car
it's definitely not gayatry
the girl seems like Young though face wasn't shown
what if she is the new lead for om
maybe yes show is the new lead
after accident om admit her in a hospital for treatment where she is now on coma ( this theories are common in Indian soaps)

but if she died then maybe it could possible accident girl sister come to take revenge from om
her morality, principle's of life is opposite to om
but honestly I don't think om is so cruel that he hit a girl then ran
hit & ran cases are definitely can't fit in a character like on

I think the girl in front of the car is prinku!
Prinku did something and Omkara saved/protected her! To clarify, there is no car accident. Omkara Breaks on time and prinku is in front of the car having done something wrong! And then omkara help her cover it! Don't know how works with omkara's 'I never lie' character!

This time omkara's lead has to be well written...thats all...
