What might have been the reason behind Gunjan considering Little Sam, a non-living BB as a friend? Is it part of her nature or a deviation?

I think mix of both. But i wonder how sammy knew this... He could understand her nature so well he could reach out to her like this...

Introverts are like this. They tend to be in their own world where stuffed toys etc become friends- silent yet accessible for talks, trustworthy and full of emotional attachment. Remember, mayu said it in hospital wen gunjan was in coma almost? He asked dia to keep teddy bear near gunjan's face because she always since childhood attached herself to non-living objects (he must hv known it from his wife).
