and before i even say Yes to marrying someone i need to know whether he is a Mummys boy if yes then im declining
if he wants me to say in in laws house forever then its a No

i want to marry an independent man
when a girl gets married she has to become independent and leave her lovely family so i feel men should become independent aswell and move into a new house with their wife and start a new family together

We are not living in my inlaws house. But we go there every day. And we eat one meal at that house. Its very near to our house, now both of us are on leave. Thats the reason we try to spend some time with the family also.

Good if ur MIL is genuinely not an Ishwari...I hope n Pray that she is not...
My MIL is a pure Ishwari at the start of our marriage...but now she slowly changed...see it depends on the confidence they get in you...
Watching our serial occasionally reminds me of those days...especially the ones like yesterday...

When a new relation starts they feel they might be sidelined...but when they slowly start to realize that thts not the case...they wud start to take you under the lovely umbrella...

It took me 3 yrs to win my MIL's confidence...now she is genuinely gud and she's as much bothered abt me as her son😊

So true...it takes time and effort to get your in laws to accept you...as I always say...your new organisation will accept you much easily than your in laws...😆

Sometimes I wonder why these mom's should get their son' s married when they find it difficult to accept the girl. When ever I talk abt this my husband teases me saying we will have to wait and see what type of MIL you turn into...🤣
