Wonderful post.
I don't understand why Ekta has to ruin all her shows by using the same BGM. The show lose the charm when we start thinking about another show because we have already heard it somewhere else.
The entire show looks bakwaas from soundtrack to VFX, to OTT dialogues and acting. Everything looks fake.
They are so eager to introduce the grown up CGM and Nandini that they are fast forwarding the story. How the hell can CGM accept to get bought by someone and then follow so easily his instructions. I thought he will take some time before accepting his fate. I thought he will do some nakhra before.
