Well everyone loves him ,he is a family afterall ...he went to repent for more than 2 years . He has realised his mistake and this is the only thing matter . Thapki want revenge from bihaan because he did not accepted his mistake neither he repent ,thats why . Dhruv is still repenting by helping thapki ,but bihaan still believes thapki as the one who cheated him so... 😊
